Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and an equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). As the land is sloping, a few steps allow access to the entrance of the studio.

Very bright, independent, newly built accommodation, adjoining our house with a large landscaped garden where you can relax in peace. Located near the Loire and its sandy beaches in a tourist area (boat rides, medieval ruins, hiking trails, Loire by bike, etc.).
