Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

House in the city center directly on the market

The accommodation is located in the historic city center. In 5 minutes, you can reach the tram stop and shops for daily needs as well as pizza delivery services. You will find free parking not far from the property (about 1 minute) It's less than 5 minutes to the highway. So it's ideal for a short break before continuing your journey. Often the house is not bookable, although it is actually available. So feel free to ask if it has to be spontaneous or if you would like to stay longer.

Vacation home "Zum Reihereck"

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

Central - with fireplace and terrace

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

The 120 sqm vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play corner for our little guests) as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.

Beautiful residential church in the south of Leipzig

Our beautiful residential church is located in the south of Leipzig, surrounded by four large lakes, with a large garden and plenty of space for 10 people. By S-Bahn train, Leizig city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We have five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining area. On cold days, you can heat the fireplace and relax by the fire. In our large garden there is a grill, garden furniture and various play options.

Urlaub in der Seedatsche „Siebenhain“: den Strand vor der Nase, die Terrasse auf der Sonnenseite und alles was das Urlaubsherz begehrt. Sehr funktionale, aber wohnliche Einrichtung aus modernen und natürlichen Elementen: Eichenholzdielen, Kamin, Sauna, Fußbodenheizung, durchdachtes Lichtkonzept. Leave your worries at home and enjoy a spacious house with plenty of room for friends and family. Only 5 min to Lake Cospuden (Cossi) by bike, 10 min to the wildlife park and 20 min to Leipzig city center. Perfect for the combination of relaxation in nature and the possibility to go to the city at any time. The center can be easily reached by public transport, the nearest tram station is about 70 m away.

Guest apartment "Prague Bridge"

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.

Vacation home on Lake Hain

Finally relax, chill, swim or do sports such as cycling, inline skating, hiking or water sports, everything is possible. Then we have something for you, a whole vacation home for you alone. Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
