The magnificent cottage with its own terrace and forest property is located in the Göhrenz district of Markranstädt right at the gates of Leipzig. The high-quality and luxuriously equipped house impresses with its proximity to Lake Kulkwitz. Free parking, a fire pit and a private playground. The special service includes all-inclusive drinks, snacks and hygiene items. Pure luxury is available with XXL flat-screen TVs and LED lighting as well as a large corner bathtub.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

The 120 sqm vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play corner for our little guests) as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.

Our spacious vacation home mimadi offers plenty of space especially for families and groups. The vacation home is modernly equipped with 1 living room (with sleeping option), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen-living room. It has satellite TV in the living room, in 2 bedrooms and kitchen as well as free Wi-Fi. Behind the house is an approx. 900 sqm garden to relax and unwind. Here you can enjoy your breakfast in peace and quiet and end the day.

Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.

The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
