Little Halcyon is located in the Anchorage area, West Mersea. Just a short stroll from the beach, local pubs, restaurants and the village. It is a cosy, self contained, newly renovated annexe in 2021 with it's own private entrance and off street parking. Inside you have a sitting room with a sofa, dining table and a Smart TV. The kitchen area has a hob, combi microwave, kettle, toaster and full sized fridge. It has a separate bedroom with a King size bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower.

It has three bedrooms, a large double, a twin room and a downstairs single bedroom. The bathroom is on the ground floor and large sitting/dining room with a gas heater and provides plenty of space for five people indoors and there is a private, wrap around garden with BBQ area that enjoys the sun at most times of the day.
