Ηταν ολα τελεια, πολυ ομορφο σπιτι πανω στη θαλασσα, νοιωσαμε σας στο σπιτι μας. Οπως ειπα και στην Κα Βουλα θα θελαμε να εχει κλιματιστικο και στο σαλονι εκτος απο τα 2 υπνοδωματια, αλλα κατα τ’αλλα δεν εχουμε κανενα αρνητικο σχολιο. Ευχαριστουμε για ολα

Ειχαμε μια υπεροχη διαμονη στο καταλυμα του κ. Επαμεινωντα! Το σπιτι ηταν ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες και φαινοταν οτι ηταν φτιαγμενο με πολλη πολλη αγαπη! Πεντακαθαρος ο χωρος και ειχε ολα τα απαραιτητα. Η θεα ειναι μοναδικη απ το σπιτι! Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη και πολυ κοντα στις παραλιες. Ο κ. Επαμεινωντας ειναι απο τους πιο ευγενικους ιδιοκτητες καταλυματος, που εχουμε συναντησει, με ολη την καλη διαθεση να κανει τη διαμονη μας οσο πιο ομορφη, ανετη και χαλαρη γινοταν, και τον ευχαριστουμε πολυ γι αυτο! Οταν επισκεφτουμε ξανα το ομορφο νησι της Κεας, σιγουρα θα επιλεξουμε το ιδιο καταλυμα! Σας ευχαριστουμε!

Located above Agios Ioannis, a lovely beach, Makis’s place is a 10 minute ride from Livadi port. The house is tastefully furnished in the Cycladic style with a wonderful outside space perfect for gazing at the bay below and the stars above in the evening. The home is clean, quiet and conveniently located to explore The rest of Serifos. Makis is a responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommended.

Τι να πούμε για αυτή μας την διαμονή!!!! Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με μαγευτική θέα όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλεματα. Ο χώρος ειναι ΕΚΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΟΣ!!!! Παντού παρατηρείς μια λιτη πολυτέλεια και καταλαβαίνεις με πόσο γουστο εχει τοποθετηθεί κάθε αντικείμενο μέσα στο χώρο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν δώσει τον καλύτερο τους εαυτο!!! Οι δε παροχές είναι πέρα κάθε προσδοκιας. Όλα απιστευτα μελετημένα για την καλύτερη διαμονή των φιλοξενουμενων. Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες εξαιρετική!!!! Χρήστο σ ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!! Εις το επανιδειν!!!!

Πολύ ευγενικός, φιλικός και εξαιρετικά πρόθυμος ο Αντωνης. Καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος ο χώρος . Μάλιστα , οι φωτογραφίες τον αδικούν . Η τοποθεσία σχετικά καλή , η Δρυοπίδα δεν ήταν προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια ωστόσο. Η είσοδος στον χώρο σχετικά δύσκολη λόγω του ότι ήταν σε στροφή στον δρόμο και το βράδυ δεν είχε έστω φως για να διευκολύνει τον εντοπισμό της οικίας και της εισόδου. Υπήρχε ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα . Εαν και όταν διαμορφωθεί ο περιβάλλοντας χώρος θα είναι ιδανικο κατάλυμμα για την διαμονή κάποιου στην πανέμορφη Κύθνο! Σημειώνω ότι είχαμε μαζί μας και το σκυλάκι μας.

Ideal place for peaceful vacations, excellent communication with Margarita, she was always responsive and kind. The road was enough rough to get there but the place was something else! The house was fully equipped and only few steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

Η ωραιότερη βεράντα της Κύθνου.Μαγική !!! Ο κ. Γιώργος πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης και εξυπηρετικότατος σε όλα !!!!!Τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ !!!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

We loved it! We stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful time. It is on a quiet beach in Kythnos that was never crowded and was particularly peaceful in the morning and the evening. It’s the ideal place to stay if you want to relax and maximise your swimming time as you have access to the beach within just a few steps as well as your own private pool. It was always easy to find parking next to the house. As mentioned by previous guests there are a few things missing from the house (there are no kitchen knives for cooking, only butter and steak knives. There is also no vacuum and no rags to help keep the house clean) in spite of these details we still had the best time and are already thinking of coming back.

Dimitris and Nancy’s place is very welcoming and confortable. They are great hosts and all was just perfect. The view from the house is stunning and you can walk to 2 beautiful beaches . We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to come back.

This place is beautiful and overlooks the island perfectly. Very quiet and quaint. It is not located in Milos like it was originally posted. So we had some issues there. Kynthos is a beautiful island though. And it is non refundable so be mindful if you don’t want to spend 3 days at that particular place. It’s at the top of the hill so you will need a car to get around. During the time we went the wind was so bad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. So I’d check the weather and make a sound judgement. The beds were comfortable and she provided espresso kcups. The kitchen had a lot of little Knick knacks that were mindful of the guests.

We had a wonderful stay ! Beautiful place and great pool. Supermarket and beach in walking distance. We were with 4 people and had everything we needed.

Η κυρία Ειρήνη διαμάντι δεν έχω λόγια απλα υπέροχη. Ο χώρος σαν παραδοσιακό σπίτι ένιωσα σαν να μένω στο χωριό μου. Η τοποθεσία του υπέροχη μες στην Χώρα σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Σίγουρα εάν τύχει θα ξαναπεράσω!

Ο Ηλίας ήταν πολυ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Από την πρώτη στιγμή μας επικοινωνούσε άμεσα και μας έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες για το κατάλυμα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ καλό, ακριβώς δίπλα στη χώρα και σε 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια είσαι στο κέντρο της. Βολική περιοχή μιας και το πάρκινγκ είναι αρκετά κοντά. Δε μας έλειψε τίποτα από το σπίτι και επίσης ο Ηλίας ήταν πολύ ελαστικός και με την ώρα αποχώρησης μας! Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ, προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

C'est une magnifique et grande maison qui se situe sur la plage (quasi déserte lorsque nous y avons séjourné !) ❤️ Après la plage, la terrasse est un énorme coup de coeur : elle est très grande et vraiment bien ombragée. Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est entourée d'arbres et de plantes et en plus, elle dispose de plusieurs coins différents où se poser tout au long des différents moments de la journée. Ça c'était vraiment extra, vu que nous passons la majorité du temps dehors !! Il y a aussi des transats confortables mis à disposition sur la plage. Bref, un séjour au top du top pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis qui, comme nous, recherchent la beauté et le calme ! Une voiture est indispensable pour se rendre à la maison. Nous en avons loué une au port (45€/jour). Nous avons pu ainsi découvrir l'île. Le petit bar au bout de la plage est sympathique et accueillant. L'accueil très chaleureux du père de Maria a été très appréciable 😊 Merci encore pour tout Maria !

Hlias' is a very nice house, well designed and maintained, with attention to details. It has a wonderful view and Hlias was very effective in communication. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ωραίος χώρος, πολύ καθαρός, περιποιημένος και διακοσμημένος με γούστο. Βρίσκεται στην είσοδο του οικισμού, κοντά στο δημόσιο πάρκινγκ και δίπλα σε φούρνο & μίνι μάρκετ. Ο χώρος δροσερός και έχει τα πάντα για να μείνει κάποιος με άνεση (φούρνο, κουζινικά, 3 κλιματιστικά κτλ). Ο ιδιοκτήτης φρόντισε να βρούμε κρύο νερό στο ψυγείο και κάψουλες για την μηχανή εσπρέσσο (very thoughtful). Φρόντισε επίσης να έχει σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο στην πολύ άνετη ντουζιέρα του διαμερίσματος. Κατά την διάρκεια της παραμονής μας, ο ιδιοκτήτης έστειλε μια πολύ ευγενική κυρία να μας αλλάξει πετσέτες και σεντόνια (σπάνιο για Airbnb!). Αν έπρεπε να βάλω 1 αρνητικό είναι το αδύναμο σήμα τόσο κατά την χρήση του WiFi, όσο και των δεδομένων. Αλλά who cares! Εξάλλου, στο μπαλκονάκι και στην κουζίνα το σήμα ήταν πιο ισχυρό. Όμως το αδύναμο σήμα στα δωμάτια δεν αναιρεί το γεγονός ότι το κατάλυμα αξίζει 5 αστέρια. θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να επισκεφτεί το νησί.

Ειμαστε οικογενεια 5 ατομων(ηλικιες παιδιων 1-6-9) και Μειναμε στο σπιτι για 4 βραδια. Το σπιτι ηταν πολυ ανετο, λειτουργικο και πληρως εξοπλισμένο. Πολυ προσεγμενο και καθαρο. Η Πηνελοπη και ο Αντωνης αλλα και η κορουλα τους ειναι πραγματικα ο ορισμος του φιλοξενου ανθρωπου!!!Η εμπειρια μας και η συναναστροφη μαζι τους σε οτι χρειαστηκαμε ηταν αψογη!αδιαμφισβήτητα θα το επισκεπτομασταν ξανα!
