Το σπίτι βρισκεται στο νησι της Κυθνου στην περιοχή Ρουδιά ,στο κεντρο του νησιου οπου μπορεις να εξερευνησεις πληθωρα οικισμων και παραλιων σε μολις 5-10 λεπτα οδηγησης.Σε 3 χλμ αποσταση απο την Δρυοπιδα και 4 χλμ απο τον οικισμο της Καναλας μακρια απο τον θορυβο και της πιεσης της πολης. Έχει υπεροχη θεα στο Αιγαιο πελαγος, τα Κυκλαδίτικα νησιά και ιδιαίτερα την Ανατολη του ηλιου να ξεχωριζει!! Διαθετει ιδιωτικο χωρο σταθμευσης και wifi . Η Χωρα και το λιμανι του Μεριχα απεχουν γυρω στα 15 λεπτα με το αυτοκίνητο και ο παραδοσιακός οικισμός Δρυοπιδας περίπου στα 5 λεπτά. Αρκετες παραλιες βρισκονται σε κοντινή αποστάση οπως οι παραλιες της Κανάλας, τα Φλαμπουρια, οι Λευκες,το Ζογκακι,Σκυλου,Αγιος Νικολας,Γαιδουρομαντα κ.α. Το λεωφορειο της γραμμης Μεριχας-Δρυοπιδα-Καναλα περναει απ'εξω απο το οικημα. The location of room in Kythnos is an area where the locals call "Roudia". Actually in this area you are in centre of island and you can visit by driving 5-10 mins a variety of villages and beaches! In distance 3km away from Dryopida and 4km from Kanala you are far from any pressure and noise , with a beautiful view in Agean sea and some of the nearest greek islands.We recommend at least 1 day to wake up early and enjoy the view of sunrise in front of you. It is available free parking for each visitor and free wifi. Chora and the port of Merichas are in distance about 15min by driving and in close distance there is also many beaches like Kanala, Flabouria, Leukes, Skilou, Gaidoromantra,Agios Nikolaos.

The Weaver's house

Our house was built in 2010 following the architecture of the houses of Chora Kythnos. It is 75sq.m., consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom with shower (ground floor), loft with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, terrace and roof. It also has a small storage room and an auxiliary space with a washing machine. With a privileged location since it is a few meters away from the main street of Chora with all the shops but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood.

Despinas house Kythnos

Despina's house is a comfortable cycladic house in Kythnos island. It is placed 10 minutes walking from the port of Merichas. It has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and private balcony with great view. Also you can park your car next to the house. You will have a pleasure staying with a lot of conviniences in Despina's house. The port, Merichas, is in the center of the island, so the distances are all the same, as for the shops you can find everything according to what you need.

Sofias House 1

Sofia's house is in Merichas. Located on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain. You can get there only by 100 stairs. Also we renovated the house, the toilet, the kitchen in 2020 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2021. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We take seriously the reviews made by our visitors and always try to improve.

To σπίτι μου χτίστηκε το 2012 ακολουθώντας την αρχιτεκτονική των σπιτιών της Χώρας Κύθνου.Ήταν ένας παλαιός φούρνος της γιαγιάς Μαρίας που έφτιαχνε μέλι.τυρί και υπήρχε ένας αργαλειός που ύφαινε υφαντά!!
