We had a very good time at Stamatis' house. Everything worked wonderfully from the start. Stamatis immediately took care of every request and every concern of ours. The house itself was beautifully decorated and above all we liked the location very much. We felt at home and enjoyed every minute. The island of Kythnos also impressed us very much and if we come back, then only to Stamatis.

In the center of Kythnos, in the "capital Chora" small all-white village on the hillside (completely red), Nikos' small house is ideal = very clean, Cycladic, simple, quiet, close to a street with restaurants, bars, shops and tourists. We spent a wonderful week there discovering the island, swimming in some of the 60 beaches at the bottom of steep coves, all splendid... it's the island of beaches. We walked a lot because we love to and visited the ancient kastros at sunset... alone in the world... and Nikos is adorable, responsive... perfect. An authentic restaurant with incomparable hospitality in Agios. Stéphanie, Κανάρης.

A good place to recover. Suitable for both families and travel with friends or couples. A small garden facing the sea, with access to the beach in front, little frequented and comfortable. To get around the island, I recommend a car to tour the beautiful beaches. Beautiful landscapes also on the slopes of the mountains. Beautiful finds from the mines, which can also be found on the seabed, near Koutsalas beach. Great food; to spend less, I recommend the tavernas outside Livadi. Don't miss Mega Livadi and the Cyclops throne.

We had a very relaxing time as a getaway from the city in this house. we spent a lot of time in the garden, on the beautiful terrace and on the nearby beach. The house has everything and more you need, we slept very well and used the kitchen for a lot of cooking. The communication with the host was very good and she made sure we had a good stay. can recommend and hope to be back soon.

This place is truly amazing! The location is absolutely magical, offering a serene and secluded escape. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing one-week getaway. While the road to access it can be a bit challenging, it’s well worth it for the almost private beach and breathtaking views of the sea. The sunsets and star gazing are unforgettable. Nikolas was a fantastic host, making communication easy and ensuring our stay was perfect.

It was fabulous, Fantastic view indeed! everything was perfect, communication on point, valuable infos for the visit of the island included, the apartment is very cosy and the host is the friendliest person you can wish for. We had a fantastic stay :)

One of the best accomodation experiences I ever had!! The host was super nice, very friendly and eager to make us feel like home, give recommendations for the area and fulfill our requests. He warmly welcomed us and he had prepared a whole dossier with tips for our stay, restaurants and beach suggestions etc. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the port. The kitchen was huge and fully equipped. We really loved the place! Only problem was that although the bathroom was quite big, the shower was tiny and we could barely move in it. Otherwise we were fully pleased with our stay and we would definitely recommend choosing this apartment.

Probably one of the most unique places I’ve ever stayed. Serifos Lemon is high on the hillside and tho location and atmosphere is really something else and an insight into the traditional way of living. Nikos was ready for me, allowed me to check in early and personally guided me to the house and assisted with my bag. A truly friendly and generous host. Highly recommend this place for a unique stay in Serifos.
