The house is right above the sea in a wonderful bay with a sandy beach and a few steps from a great local taverna. We really enjoyed and relaxed during our vacation there. The terrace is stunning - the interior gets a bit warm towards the end of the day.

We had a great stay at Mr. Epaminon's home! The house was just like in the photos and it looked like it was made with a lot of love! The space was spotless and had all the essentials. The view IS unique from the house! The location is great and very close to the beaches. Mr. Epominas is one of the kindest home owners we have met, with all the good willingness to make our stay as beautiful, comfortable and relaxed as possible, and we thank him very much for that! When we visit the beautiful island of Kea again, we will definitely choose the same accommodation! Thank you!

Located above Agios Ioannis, a lovely beach, Makis’s place is a 10 minute ride from Livadi port. The house is tastefully furnished in the Cycladic style with a wonderful outside space perfect for gazing at the bay below and the stars above in the evening. The home is clean, quiet and conveniently located to explore The rest of Serifos. Makis is a responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommended.

What can we say about this stay!!!! The property is in a great location with breathtaking views where you can enjoy great sunsets. The place IS amazing!!!! Everywhere you notice a simple luxury and you understand how taste every object has been placed inside the space. The owners have given their best!!! And amenities are beyond expectations. All incredibly thought out for the best stay for guests. Great communication with Hosts!!!! Christos thank you for everything!!!! So long!!!!

Antonis is very kind, friendly and extremely willing. Clean and tidy . In fact , the photos don't do him justice . The location is relatively good , Dryopida was not accessible on foot, however. The entrance to the space was relatively difficult because it was on a bend in the street and at night there was no light to make it easier to locate the house and the entrance. It was quiet and private . If and when the surrounding area is formed it will be an ideal home for someone's stay in beautiful Kythnos! I note that we also had our little dog with us.

Ideal place for peaceful vacations, excellent communication with Margarita, she was always responsive and kind. The road was enough rough to get there but the place was something else! The house was fully equipped and only few steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

We loved it! We stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful time. It is on a quiet beach in Kythnos that was never crowded and was particularly peaceful in the morning and the evening. It’s the ideal place to stay if you want to relax and maximise your swimming time as you have access to the beach within just a few steps as well as your own private pool. It was always easy to find parking next to the house. As mentioned by previous guests there are a few things missing from the house (there are no kitchen knives for cooking, only butter and steak knives. There is also no vacuum and no rags to help keep the house clean) in spite of these details we still had the best time and are already thinking of coming back.

Dimitris and Nancy’s place is very welcoming and confortable. They are great hosts and all was just perfect. The view from the house is stunning and you can walk to 2 beautiful beaches . We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to come back.

This place is beautiful and overlooks the island perfectly. Very quiet and quaint. It is not located in Milos like it was originally posted. So we had some issues there. Kynthos is a beautiful island though. And it is non refundable so be mindful if you don’t want to spend 3 days at that particular place. It’s at the top of the hill so you will need a car to get around. During the time we went the wind was so bad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. So I’d check the weather and make a sound judgement. The beds were comfortable and she provided espresso kcups. The kitchen had a lot of little Knick knacks that were mindful of the guests.

We had a wonderful stay ! Beautiful place and great pool. Supermarket and beach in walking distance. We were with 4 people and had everything we needed.

Mrs. Irini a gem I have no words just wonderful. The place like a traditional house felt like I was staying in my village. Its location is great in Chora in a very central spot. Definitely if I happen to come back!

Elias was very kind and helpful. From the very first moment, he contacted us directly and gave us clear directions to the home. The apartment is very good, right next to the country and in 3 minutes walk you are in the center of it. Convenient area since parking is quite close. We didn't miss anything from the house and also Elias was very flexible with our checkout time! Thank you very much, highly recommended!

The location of the house is stunning right by a beach and very nice private garden area to hang out in.

Hlias' is a very nice house, well designed and maintained, with attention to details. It has a wonderful view and Hlias was very effective in communication. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Nice place, very clean, well-groomed and tastefully decorated. It is at the entrance of the settlement, near the public parking and next to a bakery & mini market. The place is cool and has everything to stay comfortably (oven, kitchenware, 3 air conditioners, etc.). The owner made sure we found cold water in the fridge and capsules for the espresso machine (very thoughtful). She also made sure she has shampoo and shower gel in the apartment's very comfortable shower. During our stay, the landlord sent a very kind lady to change our towels and linens (rare for Airbnb!). If I had to put 1 negative, it's the weak signal when using WiFi and data. But who cares! After all, on the balcony and in the kitchen the signal was stronger. But the weak signal in the rooms does not negate the fact that the accommodation is worth 5 stars. i would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the island.

WE are A family OF 5 people(children ages 1-6-9) and WE stayed IN the house for 4 nights. The house was very comfortable, functional and fully equipped. Very thoughtful and clean. Penelope and Antonis and their daughter are really the definition of the guest man!!!Our experience and the interaction with them in everything we needed was impeccable!undoubtedly we would visit it again!
