Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mercedes

¡Tuvimos una estancia realmente buena aquí y lo disfrutamos mucho! Hicimos algunos estiramientos en la terraza de la azotea durante la puesta de sol, ¡era tan bonito que teníamos la terraza para nosotros solos! ¡El departamento es perfecto para dos personas y tiene una ubicación increíble en Palermo!

The wonderful thing about Ambers flat is the view. From the 18th floor the view is stunning, across Palermo and the green open spaces beyond to the River Plate, and on a clear day the shores of Uruguay beyond that. The flat itself is a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows letting in light from two sides, sunrise from one side and sunset from the other. It is well equipped, with a washer and dryer within the flat, a large TV in the main room, and great storage space in the bedroom. On the ground floor of the building there is a good sized swimming pool and recreation area. It is positioned within the best part of Palermo Soho, right next to the recreational space of Los Arcos (which you can look down on from the flat) with its restaurants and high end retail outlets, and also a great gym called Megatlon. Highly recommended !

Departamento tal cual como se describe. Vista de la ciudad única. Óptima ubicación para moverse en la ciudad. Posibilidad de acceder a ammenities como gym, laundry, terraza. Wi fi funcionó muy bien cuando tuve que trabajar. La anfitriona disponible y flexible. Recomiendo para estadías cortas y largas. Gracias :)

Bel emplacement avec belle vue sur le parc. A proximité (15 min) de Palermo Soho mais aussi proche du centro (20 min). Piscine agréable.

El departamento era exactamente igual a la descripción. La anfitriona fue siempre muy amable, respondió rápidamente los mensajes. Volvería nuevamente a hospedarme en el mismo departamento. Súper recomendable!

Our stay at Santiago’s Airbnb was amazing. The apartment is cozy, beautiful, well-equipped, and has everything needed for a great experience. The location is perfect — close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants, and the subway. But the highlight was the lovely balcony, where my mom and I had breakfast every morning, enjoying the peaceful vibe. Santiago was an exceptional host: kind, attentive, and always available. He welcomed us personally and explained everything with care. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. A truly unforgettable stay! Mi estadía en el Airbnb de Santiago fue impecable. Es maravilloso, completo, bien equipado, cómodo y hermoso. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes y el subte, lo que facilitó mucho los paseos por la ciudad. El balcón es un encanto; disfrutamos del desayuno allí cada mañana. Santiago fue un anfitrión excepcional: amable, atento y siempre disponible para ayudarnos. Sin duda, una experiencia memorable!

We enjoyed 12 days at Pablo & Kristoffer’s condo. Everything went smoothly! Pablo greeted us at the entrance and explained everything we needed to know about the residence. He was also reachable if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio with the barbecue and the jacuzzi! The location was excellent, with lots of restaurants and green spaces in the area. We used Uber (inexpensive) to travel to the various sites in Buenos Aires. It was always a pleasure to get back to our condo to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I have no hesitation in recommending this Airbnb!

Sabemos que hay mucha oferta de alojamientos y hay muchos viajeros. A parte del apartamento limpio y cómodo lo que más me impresionó fue el trato humano, personal y cálido de parte de Julián y su equipo. Al llegar a Buenos Aires no me encontraba nada bien y Julián me ofreció de entrar antes al piso. Lucas, el encargado de la limpieza me esperó y me ayudó con las maletas y ofreció de comprar agua y medicación en la farmacia. Julián fue extremadamente atento durante toda nuestra estancia e incluso cuando vimos que necesitábamos dos cojines más, porque yo necesitaba estar más elevada para dormir, nos acercaron cojines nuevos y fundas nuevas al instante. (Y gracias también por los kleenex y los alfajores. ¿Quién no se va a mejorar si le cuiden así?) Impresionante! Julián, gracias por todo!!!! Por favor, que sigas siendo tan atento y amable con los huéspedes... es algo muy especial y único.

John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

a pesar que no nos tocó el mejor tiempo lo pasamos muy bien, disfrutamos de la casa que es preciosa, tiene muchos detalles especiales, y el último día la disfrutamos a full, Nicolas fue muy flexible con los horarios. el lugar tiene mu Ho verde y mucha tranquilidad. volvería con seguridad!

Perfecta para pasarlo en familia con chiquitos

Fuimos dos familias con niños y pasamos genial, la casa es grande y para estar con niños se adapta perfecto. La zona es super tranquila y pudimos descansar muy bien. La casa es tal cual se describe.

A very spacious loft in the centre of Palermo Soho - nevertheless quiet. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars around plus shopping facilities. Oliver is a very friendly and supportive host. No problems at all!

We had a great stay! Somos Host were very responsive and helpful. We had a few questions and issues during our stay and they responded very promptly. The house is beautiful. Has a great layout, amazing back yard, very quiet, clean. The location is great, Palermo Hollywood has such awesome restaurants, coffee shops, and the Plaza Mafalda is only 2 blocks away. This is a very special little spot in Buenos Aires :) We were super grateful to Somos Host because we had some issues with our dates and had to shift our plans by a week or so, they helped up make this change and were super gracious about it! Overall we would definitely return!

El dpto está muy bien, y el checkin automático es muy conveniente. Hay algunas detalles que se podrian mejorar. En balance diría que la relacion precio calidad es muy buena.

A realidade do apartamento é infinitamente superior à fotos. O apartamento é incrível, bem equipado, extremamente limpo e aconchegante. Valeu a pena e voltaria a ficar hospedada lá novamente.

I’ve stayed at this apartment a few times now. The hosts are great. Marcelo gave a perfect welcome with very clear instructions. Very clean apartment with more amenities than are listed. And I liked the welcome basket with wine and kitchen amenities. Such nice and unexpected touches that make the experience special.
