Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mercedes

We had a really good stay here and enjoyed it very much! We did some stretches on the roof top terrace during sunset, it was so beautiful that we had the terrace to ourselves! The apartment is perfect for two people and has an incredible location in Palermo!

The wonderful thing about Ambers flat is the view. From the 18th floor the view is stunning, across Palermo and the green open spaces beyond to the River Plate, and on a clear day the shores of Uruguay beyond that. The flat itself is a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows letting in light from two sides, sunrise from one side and sunset from the other. It is well equipped, with a washer and dryer within the flat, a large TV in the main room, and great storage space in the bedroom. On the ground floor of the building there is a good sized swimming pool and recreation area. It is positioned within the best part of Palermo Soho, right next to the recreational space of Los Arcos (which you can look down on from the flat) with its restaurants and high end retail outlets, and also a great gym called Megatlon. Highly recommended !

Apartment just as described. View of the unique city. Great location for getting around town. Access to amenities such as a gym, laundry, terrace. The Wi-Fi worked very well when I had to work. The host is available and flexible. I recommend it for short and long stays. Thank you :)

Great apartment in the best location in Buenos Aires

Our stay at Santiago’s Airbnb was amazing. The apartment is cozy, beautiful, well-equipped, and has everything needed for a great experience. The location is perfect — close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants, and the subway. But the highlight was the lovely balcony, where my mom and I had breakfast every morning, enjoying the peaceful vibe. Santiago was an exceptional host: kind, attentive, and always available. We enjoyed 12 days at Pablo & Kristoffer’s condo. Everything went smoothly! Pablo greeted us at the entrance and explained everything we needed to know about the residence. He was also reachable if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio with the barbecue and the jacuzzi! The location was excellent, with lots of restaurants and green spaces in the area. We used Uber (inexpensive) to travel to the various sites in Buenos Aires. It was always a pleasure to get back to our condo to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I have no hesitation in recommending this Airbnb!

We really enjoyed our stay and had a warm welcome from Julian. The place is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped for long stays. I was with my wife and 10 month old baby and the host's organised a cot for us. We stayed for 2 months and settled in nicely in the first week. The location is really good, close to a big supermarket and Abasto shopping Mall and is in walking distance to Palermo and Recoleta. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

Although we didn't have the best weather, we had a great time. We enjoyed the house, which is beautiful and has many special details. And on the last day we enjoyed it to the fullest. Nicolas was very flexible with the schedules. The place has a lot of greenery and is very peaceful. I would definitely come back!

A very spacious loft in the centre of Palermo Soho - nevertheless quiet. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars around plus shopping facilities. Oliver is a very friendly and supportive host. No problems at all!

We had a great stay! Somos Host were very responsive and helpful. We had a few questions and issues during our stay and they responded very promptly. The house is beautiful. Has a great layout, amazing back yard, very quiet, clean. The location is great, Palermo Hollywood has such awesome restaurants, coffee shops, and the Plaza Mafalda is only 2 blocks away. This is a very special little spot in Buenos Aires :) We were super grateful to Somos Host because we had some issues with our dates and had to shift our plans by a week or so, they helped up make this change and were super gracious about it! Overall we would definitely return!

I’ve stayed at this apartment a few times now. The hosts are great. Marcelo gave a perfect welcome with very clear instructions. Very clean apartment with more amenities than are listed. And I liked the welcome basket with wine and kitchen amenities. Such nice and unexpected touches that make the experience special.
