Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mercedes

The place is just like the photos in the post. The apartment is very well equipped, we loved that there was yerba and mate equipment to use. While the apartment is quite quiet, it is also surrounded by lots of businesses where you can buy groceries to cook. There is also a good choice of restaurants and places to pick up food made in the area. The pool was great for a dip after the outings to walk in the Buenos Aires summer.

The accommodation is undoubtedly worth my recommendation. The location is excellent, in a very nice building with constant security, on Corrientes Avenue, which is very busy and accessible by public transport, in front of a fairly large park. The apartment, in particular, is exactly as shown in the photos, even more beautiful; everything was clean and with the necessary items and appliances. I especially highlight the loving attention of Carina, the administrator and owner, and her mother, Beatriz, who were always in contact and attentive to our needs, mainly when we had problems (we were locked out of the apartment because we forgot the key inside and the door closed; Beatriz immediately brought us another key. The air in the room didn't work due to some problems in the building. When we told Carina, she quickly fixed it. I emphasize the helpfulness of both and their kindness.

The apartment was bright and spacious. We were very comfortable and Laura was always willing and attentive to everything we could need. We would love to spend a new season there again.

Great apartment in an excellent location. Minimal noise, since apartment faces the interior. Wifi was fast and reliable throughout. Both A/C units worked well and without issues. Martin, his help, and the building manager are all great and very responsive. Thanks for an awesome stay! :)

The house is as it appears in the photos. Everything is impeccable, tidy and clean. The interiors and garden are very well maintained. Good quality mattresses and linens. The furnishings of the houses are modern and functional. The gazebo area and its fire pit are ideal.

We stayed at this family-run mansion and the experience was incredible. The property is enormous, with large and well cared for spaces. Every corner has its charm and the views are spectacular. Great for large groups as there is enough space to enjoy all together. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury and comfort experience. An unforgettable stay!

The location is on the edge of Palermo, right next to Chacarita. If you expect to be right in the heart of Palermo or closer to the parks near the ocean you won't be. What you will get is a very nice house in a comfortable location with easy access to a butcher and groceries. Right across the street is a wonderful Sushi restaurant and there are tons of other options just a few minutes away. Great place to walk around and very safe. Just know you will be taking cabs to any sight or destination but in exchange you will have a townhouse with your own entrance and lots of room. We stayed here 3 months and loved it, nice patio in the back to grill meat from the butcher who is just a 2 minute walk away. Lots of delicious ice cream and gelato shops nearby. Some small parks in easy walking distance. If you don't mind going on an over 30 minute walk through beautiful Palermo you can start to reach attractions by foot. Great place we loved it!

We had a dream vacation at Marco’s house. There’s everything you could possibly need. We could forget about everything and just relax. The house is very spacious and stylish. The garden, the swimming pool and the sunset over the trees are amazing! You get the view over the lake from the kitchen. It is very quiet over there. And there are a lot of birds varieties. At night you can see the lightning bugs (fireflies) — wow. We definitely would love to be back next year!

The place is very comfortable. It is a first floor by stairs, and the accommodation itself has a second floor that would be the living room and terrace part. Very well-located on the side of the new Chinese Paseo (tourist calllejon). Surrounding it has a lot of food outlets. Not noisy, it's for large groups, keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs and the bathrooms are a bit narrow so it's not for small mobility. It is super equipped, it has even adapters for the different types of chargers you carry. We were a group of 8. Nos armed the beds as requested, super flexible in that regard for a single or double bed. Sheets and towels a luxury, wifi in both plants working excellent, very good sound equipment upstairs. Highly recommended for trips with friends

Although we didn't have the best weather, we had a great time. We enjoyed the house, which is beautiful and has many special details. And on the last day we enjoyed it to the fullest. Nicolas was very flexible with the schedules. The place has a lot of greenery and is very peaceful. I would definitely come back!

Apartment in a privileged and safe area. Nearby park, river, jogging or biking trails, and very good restaurants and cafes less than a block away. The building is also safe, with a receptionist day and night, a security key to enter the building and to take the elevator or enter common areas. It has a very complete gym, and from there a tremendous view. The apartment complies with every detail of the listing, the desk is appreciated for those of us who work remotely. Despite being 1 room, it is spacious and private. Host Cinthia is very attentive, responds instantly and in a very respectful and courteous manner. A very good experience to recommend.

Agustina was an amazing host. She went out of the way to help me. The first night I arrived, there was a super drop in temperature. Agustina messaged me on her own and brought a pair of blanket, which I thought was super considerate. She went out of the way to help me, even let me check out late. I would definitely stay again here once I am back.
