Access all the amenities including 2 large living rooms with 85 inch and 70 inch TVs, fully equiped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms connected by closet and hallway. Great for a couples getaway or families traveling. We are close to everything...5 minutes to the freeway 99 and about 10 min to downtown Modesto. We are 20 min from Turlock and 15 min from Manteca. Walking distance to Save Mart shopping center, restaurants, etc We have a gardener that comes on Thursday mornings and mows front and backyard

We are located 19 miles from North America's largest floating, inflatable aqua park Splash-n-Dash. Great summer fun !!
