“Farm stay in Mariposa” 10/10 Exceptional Rebecca‘s house is absolutely beautiful very clean ! The pictures from the booking are absolutely spot on. So many extra amenities ,Stock kitchen with everything you would need . Stocked bathrooms also so many extras . The beds were so amazing and comfortable . Also extra blankets if needed. Perfect Location you can see mountains right in her backyard. Definitely Yosemite vibes .We got to see a bunny and also beautiful eagle in the backyard. The property has such an amazing views!Great communication and response time as well . When we got to Rebecca‘s house, it was kind of dark and late at night. When we woke up, we felt like we were in paradise and didn’t wanna leave . I also want to mention super easy fast drive to Yosemite .We definitely booking again! We love Rebecca ‘s house!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The snacks were a great addition for our hikes through Yosemite. And spending the late afternoons with a wine and some bird watching at the top of the hill was perfection. A lovely peaceful and relaxing stay.

I've been using Airbnb for over five years, and this is by far one of the most beautiful, elegant, and spotless homes I’ve ever stayed in. If you love lush green surroundings, this place is a perfect choice. If you're someone who enjoys peaceful mornings, sipping coffee outside while watching the sunrise, you'll fall in love with this serene setting. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and simply charming. Cozy & Private Modern Back Guest House In Modesto

Seth was an amazing host and incredibly responsive (he answered all my messages quickly.) We stayed about 3 weeks and had no issues. The air conditioner in the unit was super cold and there was many fans as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities and even had some waters in the fridge. Bed was comfortable and the recliner couch was great while watching movies. This guest house is a perfect spot. All of the appliances are new and work great, there is a nice big TV in the living room and also a TV in the bedroom. Super close to the freeway, Starbucks, Dutch Bros and many other food options. More than enough parking on the street and the pathway to the guest house lights up at night. Highly recommend staying here and I will be in touch if I need a place in the future.

Everything went perfect, I had an amazing time staying at Ping's place. she is very friendly and willing to help me with absolutely anything to make me feel right at home. The place is perfectly cozy and clean and has everything I could have needed. Staying here was an amazing experience and I would definitely return.

The hostess was very knowledgeable and eager to answer our questions about the park. Park info, map of the area and a wealth of information about the local area was provided.

Crystal’s place was a great place to stay for the night on our road trip. We were able to cook in the kitchen with all the amenities and watch tv through casting from our phone. The bedroom was cozy and clean, comfortable bed. Sharing a bathroom with 6 bedrooms can be tough, but we didn’t have to wait long. The other guests we met were nice and respectful. Extra bonus was the new laundry machines for use. The location was a little outside of town but still close by. Parking was convenient in the drive way or there was plenty of street parking. We would highly recommend a stay here whether a short stay or longer budget friendly stay. Thanks again!

Laurie was a great host, she made everything easy throughout the stay, gave us great information, and was very friendly. The entire place was very quaint and peaceful, located within good proximity to where we were looking to go, and the room and house were very whimsical. We enjoyed our stay at Whimsy. The amenities that she offered were wonderful and very helpful for our busy days in the outdoors. Laurie was a wonderful host, very friendly and knowledgeable, and we are very grateful for her hospitality.

Iris and David and were the perfect hosts, friendly and responsive. The upstairs unit was spacious for three people. We appreciate the breakfast room with the snacks and coffee, even the special chocolate cake they left for us. The fridge had many thoughtful foodstuff. The hot tub was nice as was the pool, perfect on those hot days. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We very much enjoyed our stay, thanks!

The room is large with a very comfortable bed. The gourmet kitchen was very nice to cook in. loved the large air fryer!! The home is quiet and peaceful. lots of books to read. the front sitting room is like sitting in a quiet coffee shop. Peaceful vibes and some great conversations were had!! I used Cheryl’s place for a couple of night to attend a family wedding. Cheryl’s place was clean and was exactly what I needed. Cheryl and her husband were always very responsive and on our arrival, my kids and I got a tour of the place. We had a great stay. I would definitely recommend it .

This was a short but fun stay. The host is fun and very friendly. Upon entry you are greeted by the cutest dogs who are completely harmless. I did use the hot tub while I was there and that was so nice to use in the evening. The room is just as pictured and it worked well for me. I had everything I needed. I would stay here again if I return to the area.

Bob & Mary’s bed & breakfast is an absolute dream. Each room is situated off a courtyard and has its own entrance. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed super comfy. The grounds are exquisite and the pool was an especially delightful treat...we sipped wine and watched the sunset from it. Bob & Mary are consummate hosts and we really enjoyed talking to them. So much love and attention has been put into this place and it really shows. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in a retreat like setting this is it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Horizon by Yosemite, the place is beautifully designed and the location is phenomenal. The valley and sunset views are breathtaking and the place is incredibly peaceful. We found the one-hour drive to Yosemite Valley to be completely worth it, especially considering the high quality of the accommodation. Both bedroom/bathroom and communal areas were impeccably clean, and the breakfast/snacks provided were just perfect. Anne is a great and friendly host, her instructions for amenities and self-check-in/out were very clear and communication was always quick. We can't wait to return!

We had an amazing time while staying at Horizon, everything was even better compared with the description. Very clean, quiet, private and enjoyable place to stay. One of the best places in our trip in California. The house is so wonderful, integrated to the nature. Away from noise and agitation. Spacious room, beautiful landscape. We cooked every evening and the hosts were happy to help. The swimming pool and spa at sunset and under the stars were amazing. The pets were so friendly. I spent so time with a cat on my knees. Last but not least: the hosts. Mary Ann and Robert are full of kindness. Their warm welcome, the helpful tips, their need to share made us feel at home. We are so thankful. I did not mention the breakfast. After a quiet night, Rob serves you a so delicious breakfast so you're ready to hike in Yosemite the hole day. I definitely recommend 👌
