Guests love this sunny+light cottage with its beautiful front windows+outside living spaces for year-round enjoyment. It’s on a favorite block of quiet street; there’s a covered front porch too so you can sit in the warm winter sun. It’s has driveway as well as on street parking. Inside you’ll find original old creaky wood floors, comfortable leather furnishings, fast internet+ smart tv. There’s also a remote controlled gas fireplace with darling vintage mantle, nice kitchen+inside laundry too.

This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.
