Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Meppen

We had a very nice, relaxing stay at this idyllic place to stay. The house is surrounded by a magnificent garden with many blooming trees and shrubs in a very quiet environment. Very friendly hostess and an easy-going dog. We also enjoyed the sauna, which can be booked optionally.

We stayed in this beautiful and spacious cottage for the second time. Anything you need is present. The location is perfect. You can enjoy hiking and/or cycling in the area. We walked the 4-day from Exloo and from Valthe easy to reach. Kim is a nice hostess who is attentive and helpful.

We immediately felt at home in this great accommodation! Mia made it easy for us with her hospitality to feel really comfortable right away. The accommodation is a gem, the garden a dream! For us as a family with a small child (4 years), a perfect place to relax, start excursions and just breathe! You can feel the attention to detail in every corner!

The hosts are very wonderful people, warmly welcomed us with smiles and showed us around the place. Very kind friendly and English speaking! I felt better than at home! I recommend it to anyone who wants great value for money.

Incredibly nice family. Got exactly what I was looking for. The hustle and bustle of the city beat me to the core and I searched along with Goldwing for a place where I can not only turn into myself, but also find something lively if necessary. 10 out of 10 PS. The cottage is brand new. It felt like home, everything was clean and stocked with high quality furniture. The host is very nice and responded super quickly to questions. Check-in was very easy and problem-free

Niko’s Garden house is a very special place to stay in the residential area close to centre of Groningen. It is surrounded by blocks of houses, still provides an island of peace and real retreat after heavy day of sightseeing, walking… Niko was very helpful and supportive during our visit, and we would highly recommend his house to travelers who prefer an authentic accommodation experience as an alternative to hotel room. Nice, modern and spacious apartment. Anything you need is here. Just very well done. We were with 4 adults and the apartment is spacious enough for that. The host is quick to respond. We have experienced our stay as pleasant.

Jannie and Arnold were great hosts, Arnold met us when we drove in and showed us the house. They gave us tips for restaurants in the area and supplied is with everything we needed for our night stay. The place is beautiful and peaceful, 10 minutes drive from Groningen. Would recommend for a peaceful weekend away.

We had a very nice stay at Gerben's. The apartment was clean and equipped with every comfort. Thanks to the quiet location and the nice bed, we slept well. Gerben is a very friendly host. Who knows, we might come back to explore the area a little better. Thanks for everything!

On our way, we only stayed there for one night. It is definitely worth staying here longer. There are plenty of hiking and biking options. The room is surprisingly large, especially for two people. Well rested, we were able to continue our journey the next day.
