De nombreux placards procurent un espace de rangement abondant. L'immeuble a 2 accès, un sur la plage (une route à traverser), l'autre vers la ville. Ces accès sont sécurisés (clef+code d'accès). Le garage en sous-sol de l'immeuble est aussi sécurisé et l'emplacement de parking peut être verrouillé.

All comforts:Dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, iron (and board), traditional coffee maker + Nespresso, toaster, kettle etc .. Wifi and air conditioning. Balcony for outdoor dining (2 persons) and a lying chair to put in front of the window: blissful! View on citycenter and surrounding mountains.Plenty of daylight.
