A lovely flat of 40 sqm with a 30 sqm terrace, recently refurbished and with original art work. Fully equipped kitchen and equipment to match. Double bedroom with super comfy new bed giving onto terrace, and a single bed in the living room. Amazing views over the bay of Villefranche, and great for relaxing on the spacious terrace.
