Hemos estado super a gusto en la casa. Es preciosa, con mucho encanto y auténtica. La cocina esta super bien equipada y no les falta detalle: tenían hasta sombrillas y toallas de playa... El trato con el anfitrión es super fácil y atento. ¡Esperamos repetir el año que viene! Muchas gracias :)

We were very pleased with the accommodation. There were no unpleasant surprises, and everything was as described/communicated.

Nous avons passés de super vacances avec mon fils. La saison n’avait pas encore commencé fin avril du coup c était très calme et nous avons pu profiter du terrain de paddel et de l’espace piscine. Une superbe plage était à proximité environ 3 minutes à pied. Le logement est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Une petite attention était là à notre arrivée ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Gabriele a été très réactif à mes messages et m’a donné pleins de recommandations. J’ai eu un problème avec ma voiture de location et heureusement qu’il m’a aidé. C’était des supers vacances. Si je reviens à Minorque j’y retournerais les yeux fermés !!

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. Hicimos una reserva unos amigo en esta casa y todo estaba perfecto, tal y como se decía en la descripción y además nos hicieron un cambio de toallas a mitad de estancia. También nos dejaron toallas de playa para no tener que llevarlas en la maleta, todas las habitaciones cuentan con ventilador y el salón con aire acondicionado. El sofá es bastante amplio y se podría usar de sofá cama. La zona exterior es muy grande, con toldo y barbacoa. La cocina contaba con todo tipo de utensilio para cocinar y para almacenar la comida . En las habitaciones las camas eran muy cómodas y de buen tamaño solo que la litera cuando nos movíamos crujía bastante y también en esa habitación hubiera sido bueno tener algún enchufe más. La zona del garaje la veo buena zona para poder ampliar la casa con otro baño y otra habitación por que está desaprovechado totalmente. La estancia se nos hizo muy amena y el anfitrión contestaba rápidamente a todas las dudas que teníamos.

I cannot recommend this villa enough, the photographs do not do it justice- it felt much more spacious than in the pictures. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby and this had everything we could have needed and more! Odile was very responsive to my questions and even accommodated a slightly earlier check-in (we had a very early flight and a 6 month old baby), despite having been rented out beforehand. The rooms were large, airy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very tasteful. The outside space was fantastic with a larger pool than we have had before in villas. We spent most of our time outside when we were there and it was great to have options. We especially loved that we could walk to a lovely beach and shops and restaurants. We wanted a relaxing family holiday and that is exactly what we got. Having never been to Menorca before, we already plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again (in fact, I think I would be disappointed to go anywhere else now!).

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et la qualité des informations proposées par Anna notamment sur l'accès, les restaurants et les lieux incontournables de Minorque en juin. L'intérieur était décoré avec goût et c'était conforme aux descriptions et bien équipé. Le seul bémol est la vue qui n'est pas mer et sur un terrain de tennis abandonné (dommage) et le bruit car les couloirs car cela raisonnait beaucoup. Malgré cela l'emplacement est idéal car très proche de la Ciutadela (10 min en voiture indispensable), du Cami Cavalls, le sentier qui parcours le tour de l'ile et qui est tout juste incroyable ! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette crique avec nos apéros couchers de soleil sur la plage :-)

El apartamento se encuentra en una buena zona muy cerca de Ciudadela y como lugar base para moverse a las calas de la isla . Además en el piso te encontrarás con sombrilla de playa , tapers , nevera portátil de tela , cartas y muchas otras cosas que te puedes llevar a la playa. La piscina no la llegamos a utilizar por falta de tiempo pero parecía muy tranquila y de fácil acceso.

A very friendly and communicative host. The apartment was clean and had a very comfortable mattress. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, quite a distance from the city center, which makes it perfect for peaceful nights – you can sleep with the window open and not be disturbed by any noise. A lovely touch was the bread, water, and coffee available from the first day, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils. There's free parking in front of the apartment and paddle courts nearby – the apartment even includes equipment, so you can enjoy a quick game. The cherry on top is the pleasant, sunny terrace. We definitely recommend it!

A beautiful apartment with wonderful sea view. Very spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. Walking distance to fabulous local restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely recommend a stay here

Logement parfait. Très bien équipé. Rien à redire. Vue exceptionnelle dont on ne s'est pas lassée du séjour. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Adrian.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Eléna. Le logement est parfait, très beau, fonctionnel, propre et une superbe vue face à la mer. L environnement est superbe et tout est à disposition à quelques minutes (supermarchés, restaurants, boulangerie...). L'endroit était calme. Bref, le top. Je conseille vivement le logement d'Elena qui est également une hôte charmante et réactive. Merci Eléna, nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances !

Reservé el alojamiento para mi hijo y su pareja, y han vuelto felices con la experiencia. Me comentan que el estudio es muy bonito, cómodo y tranquilo. Les encantó especialmente poder relajarse en el hamam y la piscina. Gracias por cuidar tan bien de ellos.

Exceptional stay in the heart of one of the best areas on Menorca. Pristine, maintained apartment with well-stocked kitchen. Short walk to uncrowded swimming spots, supermarket and restaurants. Quiet at night. Five stars!

Jorge preciso, flessibile ed efficiente per tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Appartamento pulito, ordinato in stile minorchino. Posizione dell'appartamento ottima sia per godere a piedi della spiaggia sottostante sia come punto di partenza in macchina per esplorare l'isola. Consigliatissimo!

This was our second visit because we had such a wonderful time last year! It was equally fantastic this time too! A lovely house in picturesque surroundings, including a pool. We loved sitting on the front terrace to have meals, to read and to sunbathe. It was so peaceful. Silvia was so kind to buy us some provisions as we arrived on the evening of check in day. In addition to the lovely Opera Restaurante, there is also now a cafe where you can buy some food to take away. We greatly enjoyed a couple of pre-dinner walks on the Cami de Cavalls, the entrance to which was just a few feet away. The views are amazing and we hardly saw anyone. We hope to return again. Gem of an apartment that felt like a home, not a holiday let. The garden and grounds in this small complex were beautifully maintained with shrubs, trees and landscaping and exceptionally well designed pool - good to have a pool with a decent depth of water. The apartment, whilst compact, was well furnished. The compact kitchen is really well fitted out with everything you would need - this is clearly a cook's kitchen. Good storage and bathroom. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches including library and widescreen TV and everything provided including cleaning/laundry materials. Lovely outside patio. The location is excellent - very peaceful, handy for Ciutadella and within easy reach of the supermarket and amenities. Elena went out of her way to make it a smooth check in (despite a 2 hour flight delay), provide information and advice on local restaurants and answer any queries.

Un apartament ideal! Amb totes les comoditats, la cuina molt equipada i unes vistes genials del far. La piscina també estupenda. Hi tornarem!

Super séjour , je recommande ce logement surtout avec des enfants c’est parfait ! La résidence avec les piscines, le parc de jeux, le supermarché, la plage et des restaurants sont tout proches c’est génial. Rober a été très agréable et disponible :-).

nous avons passés un très bon séjour l'appartement est tres bien, tout confort et il est situé en bord de mer et en 5 min vous êtes a la plage. Catrina et Carlos sont adorable et très réactif. Je voudrais dire que nous avons eu la chance de renconter deux très belles personnes.

We (gezin met 2 kinderen van 8 en 10 jaar) hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in dit fantastische appartement. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, duidelijk en snel met communiceren en geven je een zeer warm welkom (inclusief heerlijk zelfgemaakte koekjes). Het appartement is gezellig ingericht en brandschoon. En echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het appartement, er is overal aan gedacht. We hebben het ook erg gewaardeerd dat je bijvoorbeeld een koelbox mocht gebruiken. Er is veel aandacht besteed aan een verblijf met kinderen, er liggen allerlei spelletjes en speelgoed klaar en ook de tweede slaapkamer is met aandacht voor kinderen ingericht. We voelden ons direct thuis. De grote tuin is prachtig en er heerst een oase aan rust. Het zwembad is geweldig en heerlijk warm water. Er liggen allerlei handdoeken klaar, inclusief grote badlakens voor bij het zwembad. Deze locatie is echt een aanrader!

Met gezin 2 jongen kinderen In het verblijf van Jaume gezeten. Was een fijn en schoon appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie was top er is veel te doen in de omgeving ook op loop afstand. Zwembad was erg fijn.
