With a surface area of 15m2 with a nice height under the ceiling it is equipped with a sofa bed and a 2-seater sleeping area on the mezzanine.

The apartment is on the back of a private wooded and very quiet lane. It is under the duplex rooftops on the 3 floor, without an elevator. It had been arranged by a couple of architects to make it their home; it is both functional, warm and very bright. No TV but a piano ... and lots of scores; for piano of course but also for choir and tenor.
