Well organized clean place to stay in a quite building.

Tu Huong is a great host. The apartment is well located, perfect for lovers of the 13th arrondissement, there is everything nearby. I don't think it could be any quieter in terms of sound in the apartment. Super equipped, there are towels, a hair dryer, umbrellas… what more could you ask for…

We had a great stay here. The location was super convenient with lots of walkable cafes, bars and restaurants. The only let down was the washer being broken - the housekeeper let us know of this as we checked in. The bar next door was quite loud on weekends but with the windows closed, we couldn’t hear a thing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as the apartment was very clean and as described. Thanks Thomas!

The place was really great! The RER station is right next to it, so the city center can be reached in 20 minutes. Very quiet location as the apartment faces the courtyard. Everything was as described, even the super nice contact with the owner was impeccable. We can recommend this Airbnb at any time and will also be happy to come back!

Great small place, all amenities worked really well.

Florian was a very good host. For Paris, the location is very quiet. The subway station is about 10 minutes' walk away. There were good opportunities to shop or eat nearby. A few things should be repaired, such as the window in the bathroom or the one window in the bedroom. Otherwise, it is a very nice apartment, the terrace is very large and offers plenty of space.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Valérie is very kind, we found a cozy, very pleasant space in her home. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen with all the necessary items for a 4-day stay. The location is close to the subway that takes us to the center of Paris in half an hour. The balcony is a plus, where we can have a beautiful view of the sunset, and drink a glass of wine at nightfall. There is a Carrefour downstairs, and restaurants that sell ready-made food. I really liked it. Thank you.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Booked this place for my parents They enjoyed their stay This is their first time visiting France. The host gave a lot of house rules, but the instructions were clear, and she was communicative The environment, according to my parents, was really posh and nice!!! The only thing was that the electricity kept tripping whenever the kettle was on, but the host let us know how to turn it back on. (My parents ended up not using the kettle after a while because the light would always trip) Otherwise, I would recommend it—it's worth the price!! The accommodation has a lift, so accessibility was easy, which was a plus for my parents. There isn't a lot of closet space, but that wasn't an issue for them. Thanks for a good stay!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

a lovely little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. An easy metro ride away from the main sites of Paris. Very private. We loved the amenities. It was really well thought out with everything we needed. Very flexible check in and check out times which was incredible! The bed was quite small.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

We were in Paris for the Le Bourget Air Show, so the location was perfect. If our intention had been to visit the city, of course, the accommodation would have been a little out of the way. That said, the house is super spacious: it is a three-story villa with a garden and therefore perfect for large groups. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable, certainly without the claustrophobia that other accommodations on this platform convey. There is no air conditioning but all floors except the attic were still very cool (at least at the end of June). Finally, although we never met him in person, Hamza was very present with messages and always responded quickly to all our questions.

Great hospitality from Ben. Responsive and very accommodating host and very kind to his whole family. It's available anytime. The accommodation was spotless, very large, well arranged and VERY clean. We were able to enjoy the garden which is a great plus. I would recommend it 100%. We will come again

Awesome place to stay in Villetaneuse. We stayed there for several weeks. Very quiet, relaxing. Well equipped with a very tasteful decoration! We highly recommend it!

We spent a night at Yoann and Fanta's on our way back home. The contact was pleasant and easy going. The space was as expected and very neat. It is a small but nice ground floor accommodation with a spacious garden and outdoor area. Would definitely stay again!
