Welcome to my workshop/photo studio with my artwork. In Paris, close to all shops and transport. With family or for work, the space can be arranged to your liking. You can stay there or use it as an office or reception room (therapist, masseur, producer, coach...), two entrances including one on the street. Ground floor and basement near Jourdain and Pyrenees metro stations, Père Lachaise, Buttes Chaumont, Belleville, nice restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Expo: South-West, very bright.

La vue surplombe Paris de Montparnasse au Sacré Coeur. L'appartement dispose d'une petite cuisine avec un équipement basique. Equipements fournis : Draps, serviettes, produits d'hygiène basiques. Merci de noter que vous sejournez chez quelqu'un, ce n'est pas un appart-hôtel. Entrée autonome. Pas de wifi.

In a pleasant area, you will be close to Place de la République (15 min), the Marais district with its many shops and its famous Place des Vosges (and art galleries), or the Parc des Buttes Chaumont and the Père Lachaise cemetery. You can also quickly reach the Latin Quarter and Notre Dame Cathedral.
