Hello, Please contact us for the price. Our house is brand new and clean. It is located 5 minutes from Çiğli State Hospital and Katıp Çelebi University, 5 minutes from Egekent İzbana, and 1 minute on foot from the tram stop and the industrial zone entrance. There is no cooking in the house. The natural gas is not active! I have air conditioning 👍!!! I can rent it out by the hour between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
