Yeni Foça is a great place to relax your soul for few days. Water is extremely clean and is a great opportunity to do some stuff such as wind surfing. The Apart Otel is new and a really great place to spend some days. From the Hotel to the beach you need just 3 min walk. Around a corner is a Migros Supermarktet and some small vegetable markets. So with the integrated kitchen in the rooms, you have the opportunity to cook for yourself or keep your beverages cold in the fridge. And at the night it is pretty quite, so no noises from the live music bars at the beach. The personell at the Apart Otel is extremely friendly, flexible and welcoming. They manage to change our room to the 2nd floor so we could enjoy the good view at the balcony. Also we checked in earlier than 3pm without any problems If I come back to Foça, I will definitely come back to the Hotel again! Side note: The personell do not speak much English, but they can perfectly handle translate programms. :)

A gem away from the coast. The view will take your breath away. It's very quiet and Ayşe is a very nice hostess. The guest area is very well separated, so it absolutely feels like a separate accommodation. We hope to be back in the area in the future and to be able to visit again. Thank you Ayşe!

Our stay was as we desired. The hotel was beautifully built, thoughtfully prepared, decorated, immaculate down to the last detail. The owners of the hotel were very level, manners, who pay close attention to privacy, polite, reassuring, friendly people. They made us feel at home. We loved the hotel. First of all, I would like to start with the sincerity of Mr. Fatih. He welcomed us very nicely, introduced the house and constantly asked if we needed anything. He made us feel like a brother, he was extremely friendly and sincere, we never felt like strangers. The house is in touch with nature, the peaceful chirping of birds, the barking of neighboring dogs offered us a very pleasant atmosphere. It is much more beautiful and characteristic than the house pictures. The location of the house can be reached even without a car (by municipal bus and bus station minibuses). In fact, since we like to walk, sometimes we walked from the vineyard to our house through the lush tree-lined roads. Foça is already a uniquely beautiful place, we were very pleased with Mr. Fatih at the house. We 🙂 recommend it to anyone who wants to stay, we hope they welcome plenty of guests🫶🏻

we stayed with my fiancée for two nights, thank you very much Mr. Bahri and his mother, everything was as described and pictured, we were greeted with a very warm and friendly face, all the rooms were clean, the location was close to everywhere, the house is available in the hour, it was a very nice behavior. It was definitely a place where we would always go, thank you for this beautiful experience:)
