brother Ismail met us with a lot of gulery. Although he lived on the lower floor of the house, we seemed to be staying in a separate house. It is a more beautiful house than the photos. We did not have any problems with parking your car in the house. We felt like we were in our own home. The garden and balcony provided us with a peaceful stay. Thank you for everything. It was very gratifying in terms of housing, the green areas really calm people down. Since there are so many animals, things like barbecues cannot be done outside, it is not a suitable place for those who are not good with cats or dogs. The host is very educated and chatty.

This house offers stunning 270-degree sea views and a lovely terrace in a quiet neighborhood. Ferhat is an excellent communicator and promptly addresses any issues that may arise during your stay. The house is comfortable and well-cleaned. Be aware that there are many stairs, as shown in the pictures, which may be a concern if you have mobility issues or small children. Otherwise, you will thoroughly enjoy the house, the neighborhood, and the taste of Turkish culture. The location is conveniently close to Yeni Foca and Eski Foca, where you can explore street markets and local cafes, walk by the seaside, and pick fruit from the house's garden.

My family and I had a pleasant stay. The house is accurate to the photos, very functional and the decor is really nice. With Gökhan's instructions we found the house without difficulty. You have to be transported but we were warned. In fact, he was available all along the stay to answer our questions, thank you to him. Special mention for a small typical Turkish restaurant 5 minutes by car in the heights we enjoyed ourselves.

Mr. Oğuzhan was very friendly, very easy to communicate, he always helped us. The house was even better than in the visuals. The kitchen had everything we needed. We reached the sea and the bus station in under 5 minutes on foot, so the location is great.
