Reviews speak for themselves - John’s place is stunning, private, with an immaculate garden. John is friendly and still gave us a ton of privacy, we loved how kind he was to greet us when we arrived and on our way out. The attention to detail is off the charts, all breakfast items were freshly stocked and brand new. Our group loved being able to read about the history of the place and how each item and painting was curated for the space. The reading nook was also phenomenal. It was a perfect place for us to stay after having fun in Fort Bragg. Overall recommend to all and we also hope to be back! Thank you John!

This is a wonderful and very loved home. Zelda is a responsive host and truly cares about our experience! There are plenty of amenities that make the price worth every penny, on top of the beautiful greenery and garden in the backyard. We will definitely be visiting Zelda's place again when we want a peaceful and relaxing getaway. :)

Unique experience - staying in a retired recording studio. it was very quiet which allowed for restful sleep and immersive media experiences. If I did want to let life in I only had to crack the window and could fall asleep to the sounds of crickets and ribbets. Great location for outdoor lovers - Nature walking trails are about 1/4 mile down the road, and there's a great big backyard. I could see the horses from the patio. Very nice, responsive hosts

The Roost was very charming; my wife and I enjoyed the property very much! It was a wonderful getaway spot with coastal views just down the road. The hosts were very responsive and very friendly, even giving us eggs from their chickens that we used to bake a cake! Thank you for your hospitality!

The Sea Sanctuary was a dream come true. The home itself was spotless and definitely made us feel right at home. The ocean was a short walk away and the sound of the waves were perfect to fall asleep to. The hosts were both absolutely warm and wonderful to know. I would definitely book this place again for another peaceful retreat.

We would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect, peaceful spot to unwind during our trip, with stunning ocean views. We loved how clean, and zen the space felt—such a beautiful home!

Holly’s place was lovely. My husband and I arrived late at night, and even so, the directions were clear and the home easy to find. The location is peaceful and relaxing with a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed the nature and seeing the local wildlife like deer in the area. The bed and pillows were super comfy! We loved that the t.v. swiveled from couch to bed. The amenities were well thought out with heat lamps in the bathroom and a space heater in the closet. We had a little hiccup with the Keurig, but Holly dropped off another one for us to use very quickly! Shower water pressure was great and the water was nice and hot. The location is perfect with very short drives to both Mendocino and Fort Bragg. Holly left local recommendations for places to eat. We tried a couple and were very happy with our experience. My husband and I enjoyed this location for our 3 year Anniversary and highly recommended it to anyone. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here during a 3-week externship with my border collie. We both loved the detached studio and property! Studio was larger than expected, with an extended back portion with a bathroom and gym. The mini-kitchen was great for cooking for myself. Was able to fit an XXL dog crate in the living room and still felt like we had more than enough space. Back door leads to the backyard where I enjoyed many nights eating dinner on the deck with spectacular views of the surrounding hills & lake in the distance. Watching the sunset out here is mesmerizing!! Using the pool & outdoor tub was so special it made me feel like I was truly on a work-cation :) Lucy, the ranch dog is a sweetheart and was friendly towards my dog. Jennifer was an attentive host who went above & beyond to ensure I had everything I needed!! Me & my dog are accustomed to the outdoors and as such, were vigilant about foxtails (which are abundant in this area) and did not mind the bugs that found their way into the studio.

Shayne’s place is lovely. Perfect place for a cozy get away especially with the hot tub out on the beautiful deck beneath the redwoods. Quiet, clean and private. Would love to stay again.

Great place to stay for a few days, close to downtown Boonville and a great jumping off point for all the great cycling in the area.

It was a very cozy and cute space. A little smaller than what I expected but it had everything we needed. I appreciate being able to take my doggo along too and she loved the fenced in outdoor area. We adore the outside area--such beautiful light in the evening. It was the perfect location to exploring Mendocino (a few mins drive to town).
