Boutique hotel vacation rentals in Mendocino County

Good value and a nice place to stay for a night or two. Not a lot of amenities since this is a converted/updated hotel, but for the price, it's hard to beat.

What a sweet and spacious little cottage. Loved the kitchen and the hot tub plus the cute little yard.

Thank you for the pet package. It was a beautiful place. Just a little ant issue we talked to the gate keeper, Michael. The shower could use some mold stain remover. Overall it’s a beautiful place with very friendly staff. We would stay again!

We loved our stay at Schoolhouse Creek Water Tower. It’s an amazing location and gorgeous view from the tower. We especially loved having a private hot tub in the water tower! Being able to bring our dog and have our own personal enclosed yard was an amazing plus! The host were extremely friendly and even hand wrote us a welcome card with wine for us and a welcome card for our dog with the pet pack. Hot tub towels and a separate dog towel was provided on top of bathroom towels. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Loved how clean and cozy the room felt. It was so easy to get to as well as check in. Definitely recommend as a place to stay!

Clean and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay in the Cypress Cottage. Everything was clean and operational. They had a coffee maker and fresh coffee, a gift bottle of wine, small refrigerator, and more--even some treats for our dog! The view of the ocean from the little fenced-in yard was great. There's also a "dog meadow" fifty yards or so up the hill, where we could run around with our dog. We'd definitely stay again.
