40 Winks is so aptly named. It’s a cosy little annexe. It’s beautifully furnished and has everything you need - a well equipped kitchen, a super comfortable bed with lovely fresh linen and a modern shower room with toiletries. Sharne was very responsive, gave us great tips on where to explore nearby and easy instructions on how to find the house. We had a lovely stay (wish it were longer) and would recommend to anyone who is visiting the area. Castle Hill is nearby and worth a romp up the hill to see and a great garden centre cafe who do amazing breakfasts !

We needed a place to stay last minute as having renovations in our home. The flexibility and response to this was great. The house was comfortable, warm and clean. Amos and Don were responsive in their communication. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay. 👍🏻

Laura was friendly amd proactive throughout, we were kept up to date on the whole process and were given some really good recommendations which made our stay wven better. The place was cosy and came with lots of extra amenities. Also a really good location with great transport links

We booked here last minute and were really impressed. Check in was easy and the lockbox was easy to find with parking outside. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. There were local recommendations and offers for restaurants within the local area which were really useful.

Stayed here for just over a month while working in the city. Couldn’t have hoped for a better place to spend that time, the flat is beautifully done and maintained, it honestly felt like everything was brand new every week with the level of cleaning and care that goes into this flat. The television is spectacular and the WiFi never once dropped out during the whole five weeks! If you’re looking for somewhere clean, comfortable and with a top notch host whose communication is second to none, to stay at while you’re in Bristol then this has everything you need and more.

We really enjoyed staying at Charlotte’s place. It was in a central location and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The place was cosy and well equipped and we enjoyed staying there. Charlotte was really responsive and gave us some great recommendation of places to try in Bournemouth and walks in the surrounding area. I would completely recommend.

Natalie was a brilliant host ! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the games room. Would recommend for anyone of larger parties looking to have a great time in Cardiff

Wonderful stay in a house that had everything we needed and more. We all loved the pool table and the kids enjoyed teaching themselves a bit of piano. Nice stroll up to the top of the hill behind the house. And Tamsin went above and beyond for our stay, helping us with an earlier check in and bring over kitchen roll! Would recommend

We had a great family stay at this lovely house in Cardiff. Near by to lots of places to eat and a lovely park. Mohammed was great at communicating everything we needed to know and really quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed as a family group of 6 adults and 3 kids over Easter. The location and view were beautiful as was the local area. We saw a woodpecker visiting the bird feeder several times which was a nice treat! Our trip was geared towards children’s activities and we had lots of choice of things to do in the local area within a 30-45 minute drive. The games room was a great bonus and provided hours of enjoyment for kids and adults alike. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and well presented with a very well equipped kitchen. The downstairs living area was spacious and had ample seating so there was always somewhere to flop at the end of the day. Nicola was pro active and helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Overall we had a lovely time at Great Coombe :-)

Just back from a beautiful weekend at the Pavillion. The place was amazing, with fantastic views, very peaceful. The sauna and outdoor pool added to the experience. Ruth greeted us on arrival and was happy to show us around. Ruth supplies all the information needed for the stay well in advance and was available over the weekend if we needed anything (we didn't)

Excellent stay at Anais & Richard's place. Very clean, comfortable and historic. There's a church so close, it feels like it's part of the property. Highly recommend for an enjoyable and relaxing trip. Cheers, xx

Amazing little flat. So close to the beach and great bars and restaurants. Perfect location. Road itself was very quiet. Comfortable sofa bed as well as the bed. Ben was a fantastic host and quick to respond to any queries. Had a problem with hot water and he sorted it quickly. Highly recommend.

Great location and area to stay, very close to main Bristol city centre, within walking distance of shops and restaurants with lots to do nearby. The stay was lovely, and Arti was really helpful and proactive to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was also great, and had all the utilities we could need, so would recommend if you want somewhere cosy and private to stay while also being able to enjoy Bristol and all it has to offer.

Honestly could not rave enough about this place and Kam as a host was amazing. We needed to check in earlier to leave for an event and Kam was so helpful and accommodating. He showed us around the place and gave us lots of recommendations. The place was amazing in its self and it is so close to everything. lots of food places and a walking distance from everywhere. Would definitely recommend and if we're back we will 100% want to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Combe Hay at Georgina’s apartment and didn’t want to go home! The village and countryside around it was perfect for long walks with the dog, followed by a pint of local cider at the Wheatsheaf across the road. The apartment had everything we needed, was warm and comfortable and the courtyard becomes a sun trap when the weather is good. I would definitely recommend staying here and the late check-out as standard is ideal for a leisurely departure.

A short notice walking weekend in the New Forest in August meant accommodation was scarce but I found this little gem on Airbnb which turned out to be just 10 minutes from our walking start point in Godsall. After a 14 mile hike on Saturday I was pleased it was just 10 minutes drive to my accommodation and even better that the shower was hot and the kitchen equipped so I could heat up an evening meal. Lovely and peaceful, very pretty spot through the garden. Good internet signal and tv I could watch Netflix and BBCiplayer on, as well as lots of books to read from. The bed was very comfy as well. Unfortunately I didn’t spend long at the cottage as we walked both days but it,s a great spot and good value option for solo travellers.

What can I say, before we even left our own home I had all the information I could ever need about the air B&B and the local surroundings. Check in was really easy, a welcome basket of treats was an added bonus that was enjoyed by all. The whole place was super clean and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We loved looking around at all the art on the walls and those amazing views from the sitting area. The check out instructions were really easy to follow. We look forward to coming back and enjoying the walks and peace and quiet that we found over the last few days.

Fantastic stay, would definitely recommend. Spotlessly clean, a comfortable home from home. Little touches such as toiletries and homemade muffins very much appreciated. Spacious and very well appointed with all amenities. Kate is a perfect host.
