We have prepared an ideal house for you to enjoy a barbecue with a sea view or tea with the scent of citrus trees. Our beach is suitable for children to play comfortably and has a sandy and shallow structure.

Zeytincik Farm - the only house in a 50-acre garden

We are on a 50-acre plot 10 minutes away from Izmir airport. We have an olive grove in the front and an orchard and fields in the back. We have a stone oven and a stone bar outside, and a fireplace inside. You can play music with a professional sound system until the nationwide music ban starts. After the curfew starts, you can continue to play music with a home speaker. There are grocery stores, hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants nearby.
