This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was SUPERB - walking distance to Major Attractions ( Basilica of St John , Ayasuluk), Restaurants, Minimarket, and Public Transport ( Train Station and Otogar to catch Dolmus). The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds. The host was responsive and welcoming, providing valuable local tips. The property's design was really unique in 180 years old building. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels and stocked up kitchen. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic choice for our stay. We felt right at home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it more if we could! Book with confidence, you will not regret it.

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was also very authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

Thank you Mr. Ali for everything. He is a very kind, understanding and friendly person. He helped us with everything. We never felt like strangers. Nina, the owner of the place, is a very smart dog, we played together all the time. I can say that it added joy to our holiday.

We stayed for the first time, but it will never be the last. If you want me to rest your head and be affordable, you can choose. Ms. Ece responded to all our questions at any time. We did not have any problems with the pool, it had a temperature of 25 degrees when the weather was 6 degrees. You can safely choose

I can't say enough good things about this beautiful place! The house itself is very clean and comfortable. It is set within a private gate shared with the hosts (who live next door) that feels safe and secure. The yard is full of gorgeous plants and flowers! It is obviously well cared for. The pool was sparkling clean and a great treat at the end of a long walking day. The hosts, Bekir and Delphine were delightful! They greeted us when we arrived to show us around the property. They were always available for any questions or needs. We had a very early departure on check out day and they got up to say goodbye to us and see us out! They have thought of everything and this place is amazing! If you're lucky enough that it's available for your stay, book it!!

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

It is a place in the middle of the peace that can really be recommended and it was quiet and peaceful. The host's interest was a privilege, it was as 👍in the pictures, yes. It is a place to spend 100% of the time to relax. I recommend it👍 Thank you for everything, Ms. Burçin 🙏

The Apartment is beautiful, with spectacular views from the large balcony garden overlooking sea to Pigeon Island. Lovely just sitting watching the boats come and go with an amazing sunset. An easy walk into town for those who like the hustle and bustle. Aydemir was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any enquiry, was very friendly and kind, he helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, a good guy. The apartment is spacious with good facilities. I highly recommend this apartment. Barbara and Graham, Scotland.

The house was well prepared. All needs have been taken into account. Everything I thought was missing was more than enough. The apartment is very old but the house is very authentically decorated. We had a great time for 2 days. The host was very helpful, thank you. I think I will choose it again. Those who will go by their own car can rest assured, the house is not on the street, but there is a parking lot nearby.

The apartment is very well decorated and free of clutter. Very welcoming and easy to relax in. The view of the ocean is amazing. There are restaurants, markets, cafes, shops, etc. right outside the front and back doors. Also public transportation that takes you straight to the downtown touristy area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you're staying in Izmir.

She was attentive to house cleaning in a way that left no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was very tastefully furnished and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. Mrs. Cansu personally greeted us, gave detailed information about the environment and even supported our special needs. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you :) <3

Mrs. Ayşe and Mr. Yılmaz were warm and friendly while being serious about hosting. We stayed with my mom, my siblings and my cousin. We felt like we were at home. Everything that was necessary in a house was more than available. The pool, garden, balcony were very enjoyable. They gave us all a gift when we left. Thank you very much for your kindness. The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

I rented this place for a 3-day family trip to Izmir. The host was very attentive, promptly answering every question we asked. The location of the house is in one of Izmir's most beautiful and enjoyable areas. The interior of the house was very clean, making us feel right at home. We were very pleased.

We went as 7 people and stayed for 2 nights. The pool, kitchen, rooms, bed and sheets on them, bathrooms were clean. There were plenty of plates and glasses in the house for everyone. The house was in an easily located area, although close to the road it was not noisy. There were many small and large grocery stores around in nearby areas. We were able to easily find parking for the car and there was also parking at the entrance of the house garden for 1 car. It was as seen in the photos. It will be enough to take with you personal items and shopping at the grocery store around for eating and drinking, most of the rest was in the house. We were very pleased. Mr. Rifat has always answered our questions quickly and helpfully, thank you. We would recommend it to those who are considering staying.

Serhan and Yasemin have always been interested and relevant since the day we rented the house. They have the most beautiful house in this area, so both they and the guests are very lucky.
