Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Menderes

Mr. Ali was very interested. We had a nice and comfortable weekend as if we were in our own home. Everything in the house was thought out to the finest detail and was quite clean. The amenities provided made our vacation more comfortable and effortless. It was our first stay, but it won't be the last. We recommend that everyone go there one day.

A house with a garden that will not make you miss the comfort of your home and where you have all your basic needs. The garden is especially suitable for children. The internet is extremely fast, which is an important plus for those who have to work from home.

a lovely home, very large space ,lots of room, very close to shops and team. only heads up everyone should know is, parking is 4 lanes away. the house is on 3 levels, ground has the living room ,1 bedroom and one full bathroom, the attic has a lovely room but no bathroom, basement has the kitchen ,a wc and a dining area with an outdoor seating. so better be aware of these arrangements, it worked out for us as we were a family of 4. everything else about the place is lovely. it was a lovely stay there.

We had a great stay at Çapan's place. right in the heart of Kuşadaşi. We were very happy during our stay were he made us feel like in home.

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

Mehmet is a great host and his place has a great location. Walking distance to local atraccions, waterfront boulevard and good restaurants with delicious local food. We tried several of them and food was good. Close to major highways that go in every direction for places you want to visit. We rented a car and did the 7 churches of Revelation tour and Pamukkale to see the thermal waters. Mehmet kindly saved a parking space for us in front of the house. I recommend this place if you want to tour the area.

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

The house was legendary! The decoration was very tasteful, everything was carefully thought out. The PlayStation detail stole my heart, the kitchen was fully equipped, the back balcony was a chill corner. It was clean, it smelled like a rose. The host was also very interested. 10/10, I'd stay again!

We had a wonderful stay as a family of six, including four young kids. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for family needs. The space was thoughtfully arranged, making it easy for us to settle in and feel at home, even with a large group. The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

The owner is so easy to work with and whenever i needed something, he was quick to respond and eager to solve any problem that i had throughout my stay. The location of the house is good, the house was clean when i arrived and everything was as described beforehand. The building and the surrounding of it is also safe. It was located close to the downtown area of Izumil, and it was very easy to sightsee. The room was clean, well-equipped, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. The host Doa was also very kind and answered questions within 10 minutes, and I was able to stay without any problems.

Mr. Çağrı was very helpful to us in everything. Very helpful and nice host. It also provided a lot of flexibility during check-in and checkout. The house was just like in the photos. The location was great and the site facilities were amazing. When I come to Izmir, I will choose this place again.

It was a really great stay experience! Our host was extremely kind and respectful. The apartment was spotless, everything was ready and complete. The view was incredibly beautiful and the apartment itself was very stylish and impressive. We only stayed for one day, but we liked this short time and enjoyed it.
