Great place with excellent amenities perfect for teambuilding.

Juliet is a perfect host, she makes you feel welcome and at home immediately. The house and garden are lovingly furnished and very well maintained. If we were to travel to Memphis again, we would stay here again anytime.

Enjoyed my stay here in Midtown, very convenient location and private parking! The owners are very responsive and it is a shared space, so if you are quiet and respectful they are too!

This place really does have a home away from home feel to it. It’s was my in-laws first experience with an Airbnb and they thoroughly enjoyed it and were happy with the place. It’s a beautiful and more importantly clean home. The house has three bedrooms on the main floor. There is a loft area on the second floor where there are two twin beds, so no door, but it’s secluded and can be used as a bedroom if you don’t mind not having a door (I’m not sure if I misread the description and missed that there is truly only 3 bedrooms vs 4). The loft area also has its own thermostat which was nice. Darius and Sydne were prompt with their communication and were able to accommodate my families needs during a difficult time for us(we were in town for a funeral). Thank you for a comfortable stay at a time we needed it most. I would definitely rebook again if we ever revisited the area.

Absolutely beautiful, clean , & comfortable home. The host was extremely kind and welcoming. Felt safe enough to walk around at night in this area & enjoyed our stay all around. Will be back if we ever need a place to stay in Memphis again !

First time in Memphis for a food festival and this location was great. There were no issues with the home. The home was as listed. The pictures of the home was as listed. If we return to Memphis I would rent again. If you are planning a trip to Memphis I would recommend you staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly’s place. The property was clean and well maintained. The host, Kelly, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Kelly even allowed us to extend our stay while wailing on our new home to be finalized. We appreciated the fast WiFi and fully stocked kitchen. Kelly’s place felt like home away from home. It really took some of the stress away during our moving process. I would highly recommend Kelly’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay in Memphis. We would definitely stay here again!

House was very compassionate understanding. He was always communicating from check in to check out. He even went through the effort of checking on us while we were there before we got there when we left. Great location and budget friendly! Darcel was so nice to let us check in a little early after we arrived at the airport. Very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area. The king bed is absolutely AMAZING!!! Best night's sleep that I've had in a really long time
