charming house with a pleasant garden. large windows with sunlight! very nice stay, shops and restaurants within walking distance. perfect also with a car to get to nearby hikes and Fontainebleau and Nemours 15/20 min away. friendly host, our 6 year old son was delighted with the Legos available and the few books. we'll remember the address!

Perfect stay for exploring the forest. We were a group of 8 and rented both houses. Loads of space, comfortable beds. And lots of out door space. Gilles popped by to say hello on the first afternoon to welcome us and was super friendly and helpful. The house is located close to all the climbing spots and 5minutes from a big super market. We would love to stay again.

Excellent welcome , Freddy is attentive to different needs and takes the time to answer every question we have. The apartment is a real little cocoon of tranquility , with all the amenities you need in it , the hot tub and pergola are really very nice and the neighborhood is super nice for a stroll . Plus , breakfast products, really nice . We had a great time and I can only recommend this place and especially this thoughtful host.

Jaqueline's place is really great! We felt right at home from the beginning. The house is very tasteful and yet functionally furnished. It's even nicer than in the photos and very clean. Jaqueline is a great host and has taken care of every one of our concerns. Our little son and also our dog were more than welcome. We will be happy to come back!

Olivier was a lovely host and his house and the beautiful and pitoresque garden just perfect - it exceeded all our expectations. We even had a little fire place that we used on the few rainy days to make our stay even cozier. Another add on was the close proximity of the house to the train station, which allowed for casual day trips to Paris. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back sometime in the near future!

This gite is very nicely located when you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful stay in Ille de France. At the end of the road you’ll find this wonderful place. Frédéric is very helpful and friendly and always responds in minutes. He has nice tips for activities and sights to see. There is an excellent bakery within walking distance in Saints so you can get the full French experience with fresh croissants in the morning.

Armelle is a very charming and welcoming person, always very attentive. A nice, interesting person, good advice who did everything to make our stay easier. Her place is exactly as described, there were 2 of us and it was perfect. Refurbished, clear and pleasant accommodation with a very cute little garden. Everything is clean, beautiful and neat at Armelle's, I can only advise to go there.

The single-story house is set within a private park, surrounded by trees and greenery. A stone path leads to the entrance, where large glass doors invite natural light into the living space. Outdoor seating is available among the landscaped area.

Sylvia is a very welcoming and warm person. Her room is very well equipped and very comfortable. The bathroom is on the landing but it is associated with the bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet. Train station is a 15-minute walk away. Recommended!

A really lovely stay for a group of 9. Three rooms had en-suite showers so it made getting ready for the day very easy. Beautiful and spacious house, well stocked kitchen and a beautiful landscape. The house was a short run or drive to the nearest boulangerie for tasty fresh bread and pastries. We had a lovely time and would 100% stay again.

The cottage is very cosy, clean and well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Next to woodland, great to wake up with the sound of birds singing. Highly recommended, thank you, Viviane!

We came to fontainebleau to climb and we booked the house for 2 nights. Although the house is not super close to fontainebleau 30-40 minutes drive it was still worth it. There are 4 spacious room which accommodates 8 people comfortably. There is an extra single bed in the hall, I do not think this was advertised, I must have missed it. This allows a 9th person to sleep.
