The views, location, and amenities were perfect. Came for a business trip and this place was a sanctuary that allowed me to focus on getting everything I needed to done, then relax and have a great time afterwards. Location is close to everything. Pleasant stay. Very clean and modern. Had all the necessities for the living space. The garage was good size for one vehicle . Keeping in mind it has two flights of stairs. My elderly mother struggled. I missed this detail. Leon was very attentive and would communicate well. Area close to Hollywood blvd. Recommended.

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!

Location is excellent and building is very safe, balcony even has a nice view of the Hollywood sign. Alisa was super helpful and responsive when something came up, which I really appreciated. She went above and beyond to make sure it was a good experience.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! I beautiful, peaceful, quiet, comfortable, private space to come back to after a long day. Jane puts a lot of care in all the details to make it a very comfortable stay. Right in the cinema heart of Burbank. Would definitely stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Stay in Sherman Oaks! We loved our two-night stay here! The house is right in the center of Sherman Oaks but incredibly quiet and relaxing. Parking was super easy with an EV charger right out front. The interior is cozy and well-designed with everything we needed. The two little gardens added privacy and a peaceful vibe. Our host was amazing; very kind and responsive. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We had an amazing time staying at Alex's place in Burbank for our post-Father’s Day trip to Dodger Stadium! From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The home had that perfect balance of cozy and modern, with plenty of space to relax after a day out. Alex was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and clearly cares about creating a great guest experience. You can tell the home is well-maintained with love and attention to detail. This stay made our Dodgers outing extra special, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great L.A. area stay with all the comforts of home!

The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, and the inviting living area was perfect for relaxation. The location was excellent, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. I spent 3 nights at Melissa's place with my wife, my daughter and my 14 month old grandson. It was everything that we expected and more. The house was perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedrooms were well laid out and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having 2 bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bathtub as well. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) We loved the neighborhood! It was so convenient for walking for everything we needed. There were quite a few choices for coffee shops in the morning and lots of great restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful take out dinner from Pine and Crane. Melissa was a great host and we would love to stay at her place again! -Peter

We are so happy we found Vincents place. we needed to be close to Universal and this did not disappoint. 5mins walk to where we needed to be, yet secluded and private once at home that we felt relaxed and able to unwind. the place is super comfortable and has everything you need. Can't reccomend Vincent as host or this place enough. Thanks Vincent.

We stayed here with family including some elderly folks and everyone agreed it was perfect for us. It felt like a nice hotel apartment with everything being 100% new and obviously a lot of thought put into all of the amenities. Super clean, comfortable & safe. We were there for activities at UCLA and it’s very close and a good value considering the other limited and expensive hotel options. It’s less than 5-10 minutes to UCLA depending on traffic. We visit LA often and I think this is a good central location in general since you can get to so many desirable spots in less than 30 minutes and proximity to the freeway is key for that. The beds and pillows are very comfortable- not too firm but with good support. 2 of the 3 rooms are windowless but there is a good HVAC system for air flow, the TVs are HUGE with DirectTV and streaming options, wifi is fast, the parking garage is tight for navigation but our SUV fit fine in both spots, and the dining area fits 6. Great food options close.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

I stayed at Robin & Cindy’s place for my birthday week and had an amazing time! Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was super smooth and easy. The location was perfect—just minutes from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I’d definitely recommend staying here and hope to book with Robin & Cindy again in the future.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

It was such a beautiful apartment — I even found myself wishing we could live here! Having a grocery store right in front made shopping so convenient. The host was very flexible and accommodating, which made our family feel safe and comfortable during our stay.
