Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Great location, loved the scenery and the fact that there was a lot of things to do in that area. Walkable and convenient. Highly recommend this place to stay!

John was amazing! Super quick to respond and the apartment was fantastic, we’re in LA several times a year and from now on always plan to rebook here. Fantastic location, great sheets, amazing shower and the washer and dryer in unit was a plus. No TV in the bedroom took a little adjusting to but I loved it in the end! Definitely made it easier to fall asleep at night and Apple TV in the living room worked great.

Loved getting to stay here! Felt super safe and it was right across the street from a very convenient shopping center with tons of restaurants and a grocery store.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb! The studio-style apartment was ideal for a solo traveler—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. Every amenity was thoughtfully included and in great condition, from the basics in the kitchen to the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. One of the best parts was having access to the gym and pool just a few doors down—such a convenient and relaxing bonus. Fred and Luna are incredible hosts—responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure guests have the best experience possible. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. I truly felt cared for throughout my stay. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the abundance of natural sunlight that pours in through the windows, making the space feel bright and airy. The condo itself is stunning, with modern touches that clearly show the care and attention put into its recent renovation. The location is truly unbeatable—close to all the best spots in Santa Monica, including shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach. I loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the vibrant local atmosphere. The condo was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic Santa Monica experience. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring my stay was seamless from start to finish.

I had a great time staying with Monica! I loved how close the beach was and that the place had a pool you could use, the place itself was absolutely spotless clean and had everything you needed, and her pets, Tutti the poodle and especially Peanut the cat were super cute and chill! I loved hanging out with Peanut during the day :) overall very relaxing stay!

We had a great stay here! It’s an awesome huge unit with modern finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, Laëtitia and Mikey were super communicative and the place was clean and had everything we could need all while being in a great neighborhood!

Was visiting from east coast to help my daughter move her things out of USC apt to storage for summer. The apartment was spacious, clean, well designed and had everything I needed and was about a 10-15 minute drive to USC. The building has a small gym and a pool and spa on the roof. It’s in the theater/fashion district of DTLA. The security at the front desk was so helpful. Parking is difficult in DTLA. I parked in an indoor public parking on 9th street bet S. Broadway and Spring/Main which was $15 for every 12 hours and exits through the building across the street. The host was very responsive to my many questions. The building has good security which is necessary in DTLA.

What a gem! This place hit every note perfectly - cute as hell, clearly loved and cared for by someone who gets what makes a space feel like home. We slept like babies (so quiet!), felt completely cozy, and the location couldn't have been better. But honestly? The host made it. Just genuinely kind and accommodating in that rare way that reminds you why you love traveling in the first place. When someone creates a space with this much heart, you feel it the moment you walk in. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful space with us! ✨

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Nima's place. The space had everything we could have possibly needed and felt very secluded despite proximity to other homes. This is a great place to stay if you need a safe, clean, and thoughtfully organized home base while in LA!

Such a beautiful house, felt so cozy, clean and comfortable. One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at, felt right at home. What an amazing experience! Susan & Melissa were so accommodating, great hospitality. Overall 10/10 stay here and will definitely be back.

The space is beautifully organized, with everything you need. There is a grocery store nearby, plenty of restaurants and peaceful, private outside area.

Topanga Canyon is a great location away from the busy city. The Canyon house is set in an amazing location, very serene with beautiful grounds and canyon views. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The interior is well done from the floorplan to the comfortable beds, and a great kitchen that included everything we needed. The host was fantastic. They were very responsive with communications and had local recommendations for Topanga Canyon and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a 1920s home in the beautiful area of Hollywood Hills. You must remember and respect that the home is located on a hill, thus driving the streets is not for everyone. Narrow streets. I had an suv and did well but for nervous drivers, not for you. There are stairs and plenty of them leading up to the home. If you have elderly people with trouble walking, not for you. These are just facts. The home is wonderful. Lots of space for a mature family and friends. Not ideal for little kids in my opinion. The home and furniture are older and kids will inevitably break something. Everything one needs for a family meal is at your disposal. The host is superb. Communication skills excellent. I would recommend this home with the understanding that it is a comfortable establishment for a nice stay in the Los Angeles area for a mature family.

This is a great little guesthouse! I actually loved the loft bed, made the space feel so much larger than it physically is! Absolutely loved having an actual kitchen setup too for cooking! Not too far from the beach with multiple ways to get there, plus plenty of amenities at "home" when you don't want to go out

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt just like home. The space had everything we needed and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable.
