Great place to stay when visiting universal studios its about 5 min drive

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

We were in town for a concert at the Palladium and it was a walkable distance from the location. The space was perfect for what we needed and the host was readily available when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a quick getaway for Father’s Day. Close to everything and easy access.

We really enjoyed our stay in this welcoming, bright, clean, and spacious condo! The beds were very comfortable with soft, clean linens. The bathrooms were spotless with lovely fixtures and excellent showers. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and everything was in good working order. The nice big televisions were very handy for screen mirroring from our phones to show each other our photos from the day! The AC worked wonderfully and was easy to adjust. I also really enjoyed the balcony. A few minor things which didn't diminish our experience but are perhaps worth noting: the property is not self check-in as stated, however communication was excellent so checking in was very easy, plus they were incredibly kind & flexible with our check-in time. Also, the location is much closer to East Hollywood than the area shown in the listing and the price does seem just a little high for a two bedroom in that area, but prices in LA may have just jumped up everywhere since the fires.

Pleasant stay. Very clean and modern. Had all the necessities for the living space. The garage was good size for one vehicle . Keeping in mind it has two flights of stairs. My elderly mother struggled. I missed this detail. Leon was very attentive and would communicate well. Area close to Hollywood blvd. Recommended.

This stay was absolutely amazing! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exceeded all expectations. What truly made the experience stand out was the host—extremely responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. I’ve stayed in many places, but I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Stayed here for 2 nights Family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 13yos The location turned out to be just perfect for whatever we planned to do - close to the Hollywood street, Griffith Observatory, and Universal Studios and also driveable distance to Santa Monica beach. The check in instructions were pretty clear, and ample space was available for our large SUV to be parked inside. The road is a bit narrow, so you might need to be careful getting your car in and out of the home. The living room and dining room are both spacious and cosy. One bedroom comes with an attached bathroom and large bed, while the other has a separate bathroom and 2 beds. Kitchen was well - equipped and had all the required utensils and equipment. Aircon worked well. The beds were comfortable and we slept well on both nights. Eddy was always available on call / mrddagr got any help that we required. If anything, the bathrooms are a bit smaller and would be difficult for lrager people to fit in.

The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable and at ease! The charming decor and abundant natural light created a cozy atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, and the inviting living area was perfect for relaxation. The location was excellent, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to returning.

I spent 3 nights at Melissa's place with my wife, my daughter and my 14 month old grandson. It was everything that we expected and more. The house was perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedrooms were well laid out and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having 2 bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bathtub as well. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) We loved the neighborhood! It was so convenient for walking for everything we needed. There were quite a few choices for coffee shops in the morning and lots of great restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful take out dinner from Pine and Crane. Melissa was a great host and we would love to stay at her place again! -Peter

We are so happy we found Vincents place. we needed to be close to Universal and this did not disappoint. 5mins walk to where we needed to be, yet secluded and private once at home that we felt relaxed and able to unwind. the place is super comfortable and has everything you need. Can't reccomend Vincent as host or this place enough. Thanks Vincent.

A great place to stay in Culver City! The hosts are very responsive and kind, and the accommodations were perfect. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance, and a small park right across the street - perfect! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here with family including some elderly folks and everyone agreed it was perfect for us. It felt like a nice hotel apartment with everything being 100% new and obviously a lot of thought put into all of the amenities. Super clean, comfortable & safe. We were there for activities at UCLA and it’s very close and a good value considering the other limited and expensive hotel options. It’s less than 5-10 minutes to UCLA depending on traffic. We visit LA often and I think this is a good central location in general since you can get to so many desirable spots in less than 30 minutes and proximity to the freeway is key for that. The beds and pillows are very comfortable- not too firm but with good support. 2 of the 3 rooms are windowless but there is a good HVAC system for air flow, the TVs are HUGE with DirectTV and streaming options, wifi is fast, the parking garage is tight for navigation but our SUV fit fine in both spots, and the dining area fits 6. Great food options close.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

I stayed at Robin & Cindy’s place for my birthday week and had an amazing time! Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was super smooth and easy. The location was perfect—just minutes from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I’d definitely recommend staying here and hope to book with Robin & Cindy again in the future.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

I booked this place for my dad and family to come to my graduation. It was the perfect location and had great space. It was a beautiful apartment with lots of space, so people didn't feel on top of each other. The apartment was super clean and welcoming. Sofia provided very clear instructions on how to access and use the space. We left a shirt in the closet and Sofia was so gracious to allow us to go back and get it. Highly recommend staying in this spot.
