The communication with Paola and her daughter was very personable and you supported us with all questions. Checking in and out was also straightforward. The very clean and well maintained apartment in all areas is on the first floor of a beautifully renovated house. It is right on a road and who cares about peace and quiet should know this, as rush hour traffic can be heard about 5:30 in the morning. Due to the location on the mountain, a car is recommended, but the lake can be reached in about 15 minutes. The car can be parked in a garage with direct access to the apartment. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished. It offers a balcony, a terrace and also a small piece of garden with a wonderful view of the valley. We felt very comfortable and welcome.

A great, peaceful, calm and homey, cozy place this is! Alberto welcomed us so friendly although we were so late, showed us around, had tasteful snacks provided and gave tips for the (beautiful !) region. The neatly renovated stone house is up at the hillside, with a stunning view of the whole valley of Morbegno and towards lake Como. The house is comfy, charming, with lots of very personal and "homey" touches . it's not sterile or IKEA at all! :) Lots to discover, great for families but also for couples as a romantic hideaway. All amenities, practical things are there , nothing fancy but everything you need to cook etc. The hillside terrace garden behind the house offers various chillout options... And one absolute highlight is the river with your own private waterfall - right behind the house! We enjoyed the cold natural shower every morning :) if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet and individual north italian house with a great view, this is the place. Bravo Alberto !

We booked at the last minute to spend one night away from the chaos of the city... We found Simona and Massimo's apartment perfect, everything was taken care of in detail. The house thanks to the information provided was easy to find and no problem with check-in. The area is comfortable if you only move by car, we went to neighboring countries on the advice of the host and we were amazed by the beauty of the place. Really nice Mrs. Simona towards us who was more than available and treated us beautifully. I really recommend going there!

Great accommodation and welcoming hospitality! Fausta and her husband are very helpful and kind people. Everything is very clean, well equipped and in a great location to visit both Lake Como and the mountains! Thank you!
