Monthly Rentals in Melbourne Village

After busy days with family Casa Cottonwood was a welcome relief to come back each day. We felt comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen is well equipped and very clean.

Great stay. Flight was late so they kept the light on and started the AC for me. They were very responsive. Thanks for the stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were in town shopping for apartments to move to the area and this house was a great home base for the week. Matthew also offered advice on where to look for a place to rent which we found helpful. The home was stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was a clean and welcoming experience and my family will not hesitate to come back again!
