In a green & quiet setting of a magnificent 15th century castle located at the entrance of our beautiful medieval city of Dinan, you will stay in a 54 m2 loft apartment on the ground floor of the main building. You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

Leon's House

We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming farmhouse renovated in 2024. Measuring 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilets, as well as an outdoor area of about 100 m². Wi-Fi, linens and towels provided: drop your bags! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In a small peaceful town there is a bakery and small grocery store, bar and tobacco store. Close to Dinan 15 min, Saint Malo 30 min, Rennes 30 min and 40 min from Mont Saint Michel. If you have needs such as a baby cot, raclette machine, barbecue…. Let me know if I can make your stay more enjoyable. Upon your arrival the beds will be made, towels will be available to you.

Our SPA cottage is located near Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale and Saint-Malo. The nearest city center is Dol de Bretagne, 5 minutes away. The SPA is optional, it includes a jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. The accommodation is accessible for people with limited mobility. The cottage is composed of 3 independent houses, surrounded by nature. La Nacre is the house on the right in the cover photo.

Romantic storytelling house

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
