Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

You will enjoy its soft and relaxing atmosphere, its panoramic view as well as all its facilities and amenities: loggia, wifi, private parking, bus stop and essential shops at the foot of the residence (catering, bakery, supermarket), close to the Faculty of Arts and hospitals.

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

The kitchen is equipped (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer) and the bathroom includes a washer-dryer.

Located 12 km from Limoges, in the heart of the Limousin countryside, you will be seduced by the beauty of the site overlooking the Vienne Valley. The house has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay: underfloor heating, king size bed and a large walk-in shower. It has a terrace with private barbecue. The coffee maker is a Senseo. The place is conducive to a soothing stay for both a vacation and a business trip.

Professional or traveler, you are welcome in Limoges. The 20 m2 accommodation is on the first floor with independent access. 9 min walk to the train station, 17 min walk to the city center, close to the Zenith and the highway, (Giant casino 50 m away, with bakery, pharmacy, etc.). We provide guests with a private space on the ground floor of our home. It includes a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (shared space with boiler room and pool pump) and toilet. You also have access to the pool (open from June to mid-September). We are also ideally located in the countryside for hikers, mountain bikers and runners (trail).
