Monthly Rentals in Meeting of the Waters

Great stay, very unique tiny home. Perfectly located near downtown and campus. Everything was clean and super well organized, little notes with instructions all over the place. Very bright and scenic. The bathroom is very well appointed. The projector TV makes for great watching of movies from bed in the upstairs loft. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back someday.

The location of Alan's place is so convenient. Walkable and close to anything you might need/want/crave. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with any amenity you could dream of, and some you can't ;) It was the perfect place to stay and I recommend it.

Had a wonderful time. Hailey was very attentive to our needs.

Erin was a great host! We loved the “Guest Cottage” for our weekend in Chapel Hill with friends. It was very comfortable, peaceful & just enough room for my husband & I. We will definitely check it out in the future for our visits!
