Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Birne

Currently, Apartment Birne is being renovated and fully modernized, including the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment will also have a new dormer and a balcony. It will be available for booking again from September 1, 2026. Our Apartment Birne is located in a quiet residential area yet close to the city—just a 5-minute walk to the old town. Two guests will find plenty of space in this approximately 65 sqm apartment on the second floor, featuring a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and living room.

The apartment "Historique" is a 1-room apartment with a lot of charm on the first floor with a terrace and a small garden area and is suitable for two people. Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am wunderschönen Uferpark und der belebten Promenade. Sie befindet sich in idealer Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt, direkt am Bodenseeradweg. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Apotheken etc. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Messe sind es 4 km. Mit privatem PKW-Stellplatz, abschließbarem Fahrradkeller und Klimaanlage.

The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. My accommodation (Fewo Luisa, approx. 27 sqm) is located in the old town of Meersburg, a stone's throw from the historical sights, facing a quiet side street, surrounded by very good restaurants, cafés, bars as well as museums and shopping. Pets are welcome. Close to a bus stop, lake, boat and ferry about a 10-minute walk away. Free parking is available in the nearby public parking lot
