Our cosy country house with a large garden is located on a hillside in Stockach-Zizenhausen, 12 minutes/9 km from Lake Constance. With the beautiful Lake Constance region to the south and the Donau Valley to the north, this is the ideal place for relaxation, hiking and swimming holidays. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do: Lake Constance Thermal Baths in Überlingen, Meersburg Castle Museum, Langenstein Castle with its Carnival Museum, Sealife and shopping in Constance, Zeppelin Museum……

The apartment is very spacious and quietly located, above Meersburg (reachable in 5 minutes) in Daisendorf, well suited for families, 2 balconies overlooking Lake Constance and the Swiss mountains, also usable in winter by underfloor heating and fireplace. Good starting point for excursions. Books, games, excursion literature and DVDs are available, the kitchen is fully equipped (coffee, spices...), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, ample parking, private bicycle storage room, baby travel cot available

Das helle, sehr modern ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment (ca. 40 m²) mit großem Balkon liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Uferpromenade von Friedrichshafen und am Bodenseeradweg. Ganz in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Restaurants, Biergärten, Bäcker, Supermärkten, Hafen und der Fußgängerzone. Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodensee und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils ca. 4 km. Ein Parkplatz und schnelles WLAN sind inbegriffen.

Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Apotheken etc. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Messe sind es 4 km. Mit privatem PKW-Stellplatz, abschließbarem Fahrradkeller und Klimaanlage.

The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

A place to switch off and relax. For extended hikes you do not need a car: the small residential area connects directly to large forest areas. By (e-)bike, 5 (bathing) lakes can be reached within 2.5 hours. Lake Constance or the Danube can be reached by car in 30 minutes. Or you can simply enjoy the garden of the lovingly renovated log cabin and take time for thoughtful walks...
