Vacation rentals with beach access in Medianía Baja

This property in Loiza was the perfect location to everything. good distance to lot of activities we wanted to do. It was very easy to find. The home inside was exactly as described. It was very nice to have chairs and beach towels to use for the beach! We visited many of the surrounding beaches but the beach that is right behind the property is very nice too. Super peaceful.

My stay was AMAZING!!!! 360’ views, mountains in the front and the beach in the backyard. Amenities were beyond expectation. The beds were so cozy and I slept like a baby. My family enjoyed every moment spent here. We will definitely be back! Thank you Tenly for being so proactive and responsive to our every need!!

Echoing other reviews that said this place is a hidden gem, it absolutely is! Loíza itself doesn’t have a lot going on but it’s so close to many of the places we wanted to see/activities we wanted to do while in PR. The property was clean, had what we needed in the kitchen, and lots of linens. The washer/dryer was a huge perk as well. I can’t say enough about the private beach access out back… we would find ourselves pushing other plans off because we wanted to stay at the beach. We were the only ones there every day and it was a total dream. We would most definitely book this stay again!

This place is a hidden gem! The interior is larger than it looks in the photos and the host thought of so many little extras to make it an amazing stay. The location couldn’t be better — easy drive from San Juan airport, a few steps from the beach & pool, close to Walmart, the rain forest, amazing beaches, and tons of restaurants. It’s a lovely place but if you’re used to the Hilton, you’ll notice some chipped paint and minor cosmetic items. However, the host way more than makes up for that with all the extras, including tons of pillow and linens, beach towels, free laundry in the unit, beach chairs & cooler, kitchen extras like spices and ketchup, BBQ grill with charcoal provided, & even two sleeping mats, which was perfect for my little one who still likes to sleep in mom’s room. The air conditioner was super cold. Our kids had fun in the pool, especially bc the host provided a fun pool float. This is a perfect place for a family to explore Puerto Rico & feel safe & at home.

Great Host, property was clean, welcoming, roomy and comfortable enough for our family of 7 to enjoy a movie, we would stay again. The pool was great and easy access. The beach is nice with easy access, less than 100 yards from the for to gate.

El departamento (3er piso) está muy bonito y limpio. Las camas NO son muy cómodas y las almohadas son muy muy delgadas. Si tuvieran una cama king le daría un plus. La comunicación e instrucciones precisas, claras y amables. La ubicación es un poco lejos de los puntos turísticos, pero tiene acceso directo a una playa chiquita y privada, muy conveniente. Cómo plus ofrece 2 sillas para playa y toallas extras para alberca. Gracias por hospedarnos.

Awesome beach getaway with the family! Joel is the perfect host - so friendly and helpful, ready with many recommendations to make your stay memorable. The house is just as described- comfortable and super clean. Ready with games and activities for the family to enjoy at the house . Steps away from the beach or pool located on the premises. Would definitely recommend!

It was great for our family. The beach was outside the front door and just across the street. We had the beach to ourselves. The water was lovely to swim in,(sandy bottom & great waves). The host had everything we needed for the beach; towels, chairs, boogie boards were a blast. It's an older home but we had hot showers, comfortable beds, and everything we needed in the kitchen. I would recommend this place, and look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our stay at Felicita’s very much. The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we felt right at home. The host was very responsive to our needs and even provided local recommendations. I had a wonderful stay at Tranquilo’s vacation place! The space was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient and peaceful, close to everything I wanted to do, and check-in was smooth and easy. Host responded in a timely manner. I would definitely come back!

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.

Nos encanto la casa, fiel a las fotos. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y eficaz. El poder llegar a la casa y hacer el check in tranquilos y sin distracciones fue un plus. Pero lo mejor lo mejor, La Piscina. Woow... no queríamos salir de esa área. Ya hay planes de volver.

The stay was beautiful! My youngest really enjoyed being able to be on the beach everyday we were there. Its a great backdrop for photos and the space was clean. The area the people are nice and speak however they are still really reserved. We would definitely come back to visit again. Thank you for allowing us to share your space and for coming to yo fix the tv the next day.

This was a great place for my family of 5 to stay! It’s in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood that’s minutes from nearby restaurants & conveniences. There’s a park within walking distance if anyone gets antsy. The best part was how easy it was to get to many nearby beaches! Luis is very accommodating and flexible. Highly recommend his place!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and it had so many thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. There were even toys for kids, which our children truly enjoyed. The space was well organized, and the complex felt safe and peaceful at all times. The pools were simply spectacular — perfect for relaxing and spending quality family time. One of the highlights was how attentive and responsive the hosts were. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for any questions. We’d definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

I would highly recommend booking a place from Zenen and Wanda. Their place was exactly as expected from the listing. The one downside was the lazy river was under construction and not made apparent until after booking (it should be up and running May 1st forward!) Communication was great and we were there during one of the electric blackouts. They were super hosts, trying to be as accommodating as possible during a stressful situation with little ones in tow. Thanks for the hospitality and I’d recommend your place to anyone considering.

Had a great stay on the beach here at Scott’s place! The outdoor pool and beach access are a very convient short walk from the apartment. Mini-split A/C units in each bedroom helped for a good night’s sleep. Great for a group of 5 people.

Communication with the host was quick and effective. Elias couldn't have treated us better; we felt right at home. Everything was in order, very clean, and had enough space for my family. We felt right at home. Elias sent us a list of restaurants and places to visit, which was very helpful. If we return, we would choose this place.

We will book again. Beautiful views. We were just a quick drive to anywhere we needed or wanted to be. The host was very friendly and happy to help us. 2 pools and beach access were great.
