House vacation rentals in Medellín River

Excelente lugar, todo acorde a la descripción del anuncio, flexibilidad en la hora de llegada y salida lo cual nos facilitó las cosas, estadía agradable, con todo lo necesario a la mano! Lo recomiendo! Gracias a Sergio y su equipo por ayudarnos a tener un fin de semana agradable

Gated community, very beautiful backyard. The house was massive and accommodated 4 people really well and guest. Our co-host Luis was always on standby to help us out with absolutely “anything” we need. Anytime of the day or night he was ready for everything. We got the private chef as well. She prepared homemade columbian meals. Depending on traffic we were roughly 20-30 minutes from the local spots. Uber was easily accessible and cheap. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone.

Es un lugar muy lindo, organizado, limpio. Tiene una vista súper linda hacia el valle del aburra. Don José súper amable y atento a todo lo que necesitáramos. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La piscina siempre limpia y lista para ser usada. Súper recomendable y esperamos volver

La casa es un lugar muy cómodo, muy limpia, con enseres en muy buena condicion y en una ubicación excepcional: muy cerca al parque principal, con acceso a restaurantes y otros comercios. Resalto además el excelente trato que recibí de la anfitriona debido a que tuve una calamidad y fue muy empática con la situación y flexible para ofrecernos alternativas.

Gracias a Angélica por cuidarnos bien. Nos registramos temprano el primer día porque teníamos equipaje, por lo que ella nos ayudó con entusiasmo a abrir la puerta y nos pidió que pusiéramos nuestro equipaje en la villa primero. Ella limpia la habitación con cuidado todos los días y trata a todos con mucho entusiasmo. Gracias de nuevo. Volveremos la próxima vez que tengamos una oportunidad

La atención es excelente, muy atentos, en cuanto a la finca todo está muy bien amoblada muy organizada, cuando llegamos todo súper limpio y bien puesto, los espacios sin muy cómodos y agradables. Totalmente recomendable

Very nice Finca with great service and communication. Any issues we had were resolved as fast as possible and the pictures reperesent the Finca or in real life the Finca even looks better and got some updates. I'd definitely book again and can recommend the Finca!

Andrés was an amazing host for us. He was great at communicating. He helped us with airport transportation there and back . He also had great recommendations for us to try different things and excursions. We had an in house helper Michael that helped with all our needs. Michael also helped us get around with our Ubers and when we were home made sure we were safe. There was also a cleaning lady that cleaned the rooms and made sure the house was always clean. We had a great experience and definitely will be booking there again.

El anfitrión es un 10/10. Desde el día 1 estuvo pendiente. La ubicación es muy central y se siente uno muy cómodo. Es un sitio tranquilo y hay muy buen comercio. Dentro del apto todo en perfectas condiciones. Si pudiera dar una mejor comunicación la daría. Gracias

Mi estadía en la propiedad de Ruben fue excelente. Siempre estuvo atento a cualquier indicación, el barrio es muy seguro y encuentras bancos, restaurantes, tiendas. La casa es tal cual a las fotos, superó mis expectativas y le quiero dar un agradecimiento a la señora Carmen que siempre estuvo atenta y dispuesta a colaborarnos en lo que necesitáramos. 10/10. Pasamos unos días increíbles, muchas gracias.

Great host, chef/maid (Ana Teresa) was amazing, food was tasty. Camillo our guide was always available, he made tremendous effort to communicate in English, he was very friendly and an excellent guide. The place is a little bit removed from the city but our stay was excellent. Thank you Elver for an amazing team.

En una zona tremendamente tranquila, con cooperativas cerca, un café 24hrs a una cuadra, súper limpia la calle, la casa muy grande con mucho espacio para mucha gente. Todo muy bueno, lindo,m. Si yo regreso con el grupo a Colombia, seguramente alquilaré este sitio de nuevo

We loved our stay here! We could not have asked for a better location and accommodations for our family of 5 (with young kids), plenty of room, clean, and a perfect location, very safe area. We could walked to so many delicious restaurants and the metro without issues. Our flight was delayed getting us in during the middle of the night but still someone happily welcomed us in the middle of the night with welcome treats, what a refreshing start to a fantastic week in Medellin!

After a nightmare experience with a previous Airbnb, we found this place last minute—literally on the first day of our vacation. The hosts responded immediately and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and met all our expectations. The location was perfect and felt safe at all times. The security guards were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. They truly made our stay memorable. We appreciated all the local tips the host shared, which helped us make the most of our time. What started off as a stressful trip turned into a great experience thanks to this amazing place. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Had a great stay at this air bnb, the place looks like the photos, has a great vibe about it, and is in a very central location. walking distance to everything. The only downsides, the hotwater doesn't last for very long and the water smells a bit, but i don't think that's an isolated problem with the air bnb, it's the whole area. 2 of the 3 beds have hard mattresses, and the surround sound speakers cut out from time to time. Apart from that the place is great. I'd stay again.

Francesco has been great with us and was very responsive. If I had any issues he would resolve it. Very nice guy and his place did not disappoint. Super nice having the place by Santa Fe as it gave us plenty of things to do close by. Overall, great experience

Casa Mantra es un alojamiento muy bonito, tranquilo y espacioso para disfrutar tiempo en familia. Estuve varios días y la ubicación es buena para visitar Rionegro e ir a pueblos cercanos. Es alejado de Medellín pero de fácil acceso. Lo que más nos gustó fue la vegetación alrededor de la casa y el estilo único que tiene la casa!

Great responsive host and whatever you might need he will handle it for you. Location is very walkable to everything you need. Good area. Try the ice cream around the corner you would love it

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Medellin! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. The setting itself was beautiful, with stunning views and a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. One of the highlights of the trip was our tour guide, Andre. He was amazing—super knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. Whether it was exploring local spots or learning more about the culture, Andre made it all feel special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay in Medellin. I’d absolutely come back!

Hugo es un excelente anfitrión, muy amable y atento a resolver cualquier inquietud o requerimiento. Además el mayordomo también está siempre atento. La finca se encuentra en perfectas condiciones, exactamente igual a lo que se observa en las fotos, es un espacio ideal para descansar y disfrutar en familia.

The house was beautiful, even better in person. It terms of layout, it has 3 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs. The bedrooms have mostly queen size beds and 1 main bedroom has a king size mattress and very comfortable. Some of the accommodation was in sofa beds. It sleeps 8 people comfortably and 4 adults or children in sofa beds. The house is very well located, very safe place. Be mindful of having your own car if you need to walk to the town as the house is up the hill, unless you are an avid walker/runner you can do it. We stayed most of the time at the house because the views were so breathtaking, we didn’t want to leave. The host and the person in charge were very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. We had a great time at Adriana’s house. Thank you

Best Airbnb in Colombia! My husband is from Medellin and this area is absolutely prestine! The home was incredibly clean and John the host was there to help with anything you needed. Incredibly kind and helpful and a great guide to the city if you are unfamiliar. The home was gorgeous! The furnishings.. the art.. incredible. Additionally, very comfortable and the house included anything you may need and more! You felt safe, taken care of, and close to anything Medellin proper you want to do! There’s a fabulous tienda (store) on site if you have a late arrival or just forget anything essential or simply something you just want.. snacks… beer.. food. Absolutely perfect location- 15 minutes at most from anything you want Medellin! I would recommend this property to everyone from business colleagues to friends to family. Spanish/English speaking for those that could use a little help in español. Fantastic price for what you get! I could not sing this property or host praises more!!!
