House vacation rentals in Medellín River

Excellent place, everything according to the description of the listing, flexibility in the time of arrival and departure which made things easier for us, pleasant stay, with everything you need at hand! I recommend it! Thanks to Sergio and his team for helping us have a pleasant weekend

Gated community, very beautiful backyard. The house was massive and accommodated 4 people really well and guest. Our co-host Luis was always on standby to help us out with absolutely “anything” we need. Anytime of the day or night he was ready for everything. We got the private chef as well. She prepared homemade columbian meals. Depending on traffic we were roughly 20-30 minutes from the local spots. Uber was easily accessible and cheap. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone.

Very nice place, comfortable. The showers in some of the rooms were difficult to use since there were no shower doors or curtains. The air conditioning in some of the rooms did not get cold enough. Except for those two things, it is an excellent place to stay.

The house was clean, in a great location, ideal for US travelers who want to enjoy the night life. Very secure location and the host was very effective at communicating with me. Checking in or getting into the house was a little challenging since the voice instructions were in spanish. However, there are written instructions in English that you can follow so it may not be a big deal after all. Otherwise, I will definitely stay here when I return next year. We did not have any problems at all.

House is beautifull. Looks just like the pictures. The buttler is very helpful. Close to the city. Will be coming back for sure.

Thanks to Angelica for taking good care of us. We checked in early on the first day because we had luggage, so she enthusiastically helped us open the door and asked us to put our luggage in the villa first. She carefully cleans the room every day and treats everyone with great enthusiasm. Thanks again. We'll be back next time we get a chance

The service is excellent, very attentive, as for the property everything is very well furnished, very organized, when we arrived everything was super clean and well arranged, the spaces are very comfortable and pleasant. Totally recommended

Andrés was an amazing host for us. He was great at communicating. He helped us with airport transportation there and back . He also had great recommendations for us to try different things and excursions. We had an in house helper Michael that helped with all our needs. Michael also helped us get around with our Ubers and when we were home made sure we were safe. There was also a cleaning lady that cleaned the rooms and made sure the house was always clean. We had a great experience and definitely will be booking there again.

The host is a 10/10. He was attentive from day 1. The location is very central and you feel very comfortable. It's a quiet place and there's very good shopping. Inside the apartment everything is in perfect condition. If I could give better communication I would. Thank you

The place is great for a group of friends to have a great time in colombia. Will def rent again if its available when i go next time

Great host, chef/maid (Ana Teresa) was amazing, food was tasty. Camillo our guide was always available, he made tremendous effort to communicate in English, he was very friendly and an excellent guide. The place is a little bit removed from the city but our stay was excellent. Thank you Elver for an amazing team.

In a tremendously quiet area, with cooperatives nearby, a 24hrs cafe a block away, super clean the street, the house is very large with plenty of room for many people. Everything was great, nice,m. If I return with the group to Colombia, surely I will rent this site again

We loved our stay here! We could not have asked for a better location and accommodations for our family of 5 (with young kids), plenty of room, clean, and a perfect location, very safe area. We could walked to so many delicious restaurants and the metro without issues. Our flight was delayed getting us in during the middle of the night but still someone happily welcomed us in the middle of the night with welcome treats, what a refreshing start to a fantastic week in Medellin!

Definitely recommend. Great location to do just about anything. Right across the street from a beautiful mall with restaurants. In a great neighborhood. Definitely won’t regret! Christian is very proactive and is a good contact to have. He can get you hooked up with tours, ride from airports, and private chefs.

My family and I happened to stumble upon this gem of a house about 3 years ago and just recently stayed again. Its location is as prime as it gets plus the house is very large, comfortable and clean. With cleaning person included who is excellent. Rooms are equipped with mini splits and each have their own bathroom. Can’t say enough, this place and host are the best in Medellin!

Had a great stay at this air bnb, the place looks like the photos, has a great vibe about it, and is in a very central location. walking distance to everything. The only downsides, the hotwater doesn't last for very long and the water smells a bit, but i don't think that's an isolated problem with the air bnb, it's the whole area. 2 of the 3 beds have hard mattresses, and the surround sound speakers cut out from time to time. Apart from that the place is great. I'd stay again.

Francesco has been great with us and was very responsive. If I had any issues he would resolve it. Very nice guy and his place did not disappoint. Super nice having the place by Santa Fe as it gave us plenty of things to do close by. Overall, great experience

Casa Mantra is a very nice, quiet and spacious accommodation to enjoy family time. I stayed for several days and the location is good to visit Rionegro and go to nearby towns. It is far from Medellin but easily accessible. What we liked the most was the greenery around the house and the unique style the house has!

Great responsive host and whatever you might need he will handle it for you. Location is very walkable to everything you need. Good area. Try the ice cream around the corner you would love it

Very nice Finca with great service and communication. Any issues we had were resolved as fast as possible and the pictures reperesent the Finca or in real life the Finca even looks better and got some updates. I'd definitely book again and can recommend the Finca!

Hugo is an excellent host, very friendly and attentive to resolving any concerns or requirements. In addition, the butler is always attentive. The property is in perfect condition, exactly as shown in the photos, it is an ideal place to rest and enjoy as a family.

The house was beautiful, even better in person. It terms of layout, it has 3 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs. The bedrooms have mostly queen size beds and 1 main bedroom has a king size mattress and very comfortable. Some of the accommodation was in sofa beds. It sleeps 8 people comfortably and 4 adults or children in sofa beds. The house is very well located, very safe place. Be mindful of having your own car if you need to walk to the town as the house is up the hill, unless you are an avid walker/runner you can do it. We stayed most of the time at the house because the views were so breathtaking, we didn’t want to leave. The host and the person in charge were very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. We had a great time at Adriana’s house. Thank you

Best Airbnb in Colombia! My husband is from Medellin and this area is absolutely prestine! The home was incredibly clean and John the host was there to help with anything you needed. Incredibly kind and helpful and a great guide to the city if you are unfamiliar. The home was gorgeous! The furnishings.. the art.. incredible. Additionally, very comfortable and the house included anything you may need and more! You felt safe, taken care of, and close to anything Medellin proper you want to do! There’s a fabulous tienda (store) on site if you have a late arrival or just forget anything essential or simply something you just want.. snacks… beer.. food. Absolutely perfect location- 15 minutes at most from anything you want Medellin! I would recommend this property to everyone from business colleagues to friends to family. Spanish/English speaking for those that could use a little help in español. Fantastic price for what you get! I could not sing this property or host praises more!!!
