Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Medellín River

Our stay was great. The place is very nice, cozy, private and very colonial. The beautiful garden! The manager is very diligent. I would return.

We loved this place for the end of our two week trip in Medellin visiting family. We decided to stay here for the last couple of days to relax just us and we are so glad we did! Casa Ámbar is better than the photos! When you walk in you immediately appreciate the attention to detail from the host. We really enjoyed it and felt relaxed. Additionally, Milena went above and beyond for us prior to our stay and was able to get a crib for our baby last minute. The crib even matched the aesthetic of the house, which I thought was sweet. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Thanks so much for hosting us!

An excellent place for family time. It has an excellent space for different activities such as games, barbecues and others. Santiago was always very attentive and diligent with everything we needed.

Our stay at Finca Colibri was fantastic! It was extremely peaceful and just what we needed. It had a lot of modern amenities not always found in Colombia, which was a real treat. The place felt like home! Highlights included: --> The private dock and Rick's associate who was able to pick us up in a boat for excursions on the lake. --> Beautiful master bathroom and shower! --> Outdoor fireplace to sit around and enjoy! --> Rick's warm personality and helpful nature! We will absolutely be back to stay at Finca Colibri again in the near future as it has become one of our favourite stays in Guatape!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Spotless spaces, beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was clear and responsive. Great location close to a lot of places yet peaceful and relaxing. The garden it's amazingly designed. We felt like home. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The house was beautiful, even better in person. It terms of layout, it has 3 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs. The bedrooms have mostly queen size beds and 1 main bedroom has a king size mattress and very comfortable. Some of the accommodation was in sofa beds. It sleeps 8 people comfortably and 4 adults or children in sofa beds. The house is very well located, very safe place. Be mindful of having your own car if you need to walk to the town as the house is up the hill, unless you are an avid walker/runner you can do it. We stayed most of the time at the house because the views were so breathtaking, we didn’t want to leave. The host and the person in charge were very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. We had a great time at Adriana’s house. Thank you

This place was great for a party of 6. It caught us by surprise that the BEAUTIFUL terrace is actually on a different floor. However, it was private for our unit. We thought it was cool. Separated party and sleep life :). The host make this place worth it! Super nice and always checking up to make sure your stay is great. Overall great stay, we would definitely return!

The apartment was was perfect conditions, super clean and comfortable, you can see the whole city from the window.

Great view and a really comfortable, clean apartment. Kata was always responsive and helpful. A little hard to walk to poblado center, but Ubers were very affordable.

Amazing location to stay. The room was just like the pictures and has automatic blackout shades that were nice for sleeping in late. The building was amazing and all the staff were very attentive and professional. The restaurant in the lobby has great food and drinks and they deliver room service. The host was very attentive and proactively made recommendations for some local attractions and restaurants which were really nice. I would 100% stay here again.

I will make it simple - this was the best Airbnb I have had in Colombia. The pictures do not come close to the beauty of the location, and also the beauty of the house. The quality and details are incredible. Claudia was the best host I have ever had. The food she arranged was amazing. I only stayed for a night due to my schedule. But I would have loved to stay for much longer.

Wow! We just landed back in Miami and couldn’t wait to leave a review. This house is an absolute dream. From the second that we stepped into this place, we were left speechless. The views are just wow. Angel, who lives on the premise and is the host for anything you might need is just wonderful. A great person all around and there for whatever you need. He helped me stock the house prior to arrival, helped set up for a birthday party with his wife, and so much more. The house is stunning. You are in the middle of the mountains in absolute peace, however, you’re also just 20 mins from el poblado. We will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you Pauline, Nicolas and Angel!

We had a wonderful stay at this property for three nights with our group of four adults and five children. The house was very comfortable, family-friendly, and in a great location with convenient parking. The kids absolutely loved the rooms and the pool! We also appreciated having a kitchen where we could cook our own meals. While the property had everything we needed, we did notice that a few more kitchen essentials, like wine glasses and some utensils, would be a great addition. Additionally, a little extra care in terms of updates and deep cleaning could enhance the overall experience. That said, we were very comfortable, and the communication and service were excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Beautiful location! The view from this house is the best view you can have traveling to Medellin, everything was very clean and organized. The person in charge was very helpful and attentive to what we need . BUT….. The thing that we didn’t like was that you don’t have privacy at the house, you have workers inside the house at any time. We woke up and was people we don’t know at the kitchen. You were eating and was the person in charge looking at you all the time . I know you need to take care of the customers and the house but not like that. I was at the sofa with my friends at night and when you look to the window the guys was looking at us, very creepy. BEAUTIFUL HOUSE BUT WE DIDNT HAVE ANY PRIVACY AT ALL. The workers can be around the house taking care of the house of if we need something we will let them now! BUT NOT INSIDE! THEY WERE INSIDE LIKE PART OF THE GROUP I DIDNT LIKE THAT.

Excellent accommodation, among the best I've ever visited. It stands out for its good cleanliness, location and the amount of things that the accommodation has. Mr. Lewis was very respectful, very friendly and always attentive to our well-being. The location is privileged, Guarne is a wonderful place where you can enjoy walking, riding ATVs, horseback riding and many more activities. As for the house, it is quite spacious, it has a spectacular cinema room, the pool is a good enough size to be private, we also loved the jacuzzi. Without a doubt, a great experience, I would definitely come back.
