Maria Teresa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a great location with lots of great restaurants nearby and easy to get a taxi. The ceilings in the bathroom are short, so just take note if you are a tall person. But everything is a described and clean! Would stay again.

El apartamento es bonito, tal como se ve en las fotos, lo entregaron bien aseado y con los implementos necesarios. Está ubicado en la parte alta de la Loma de San José por lo que si van en carro tengan en cuenta que el motor debe estar al 100 pues vimos varios carros que patinaban más con lluvia.

One of the best places that l stayed in Medellin, the house is really nice and perfect for families or friends.

I had the chance to enjoy my last night in Medellín at Wake! I must say it was a nice experience from entering to the lobby to check out. There is 4 restaurants on property and a nice pool, hot tub, sauna and gym on the 8th floor. They are a bit strict on policies for guest but as long as you give them notice at check in you should be fine. The location is amazing you do have to go down and up a hill but that’s everywhere in Colombia.

We had a great time with our family!! The place is well located with a beautiful view of La Fe reservoir. Mariana and her father were very responsive when we needed help.

Our stay at the house was amazing and beautiful. Everything that was said on the listing was above and beyond. The security was not intrusive and he made us feel very safe. In all, top class, thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your property. The Marracuja group!

I really enjoyed staying at Mauricio's place. He speaks fluent English, is a nice guy, gave me lots of help and advice. It may not be a modern home, but it's spacious, clean, secure and has some cool communal areas like his back yard bar and chill out area. I really enjoyed his neighbourhood as it has everything you need, yet it is not too busy. Nearby there is the Pueblito Paisa and an amazing sports park, lots of friendly cafes and restaurants, Unicentro mall, and it felt very safe. Laureles is only a short walk away. I would definitely book this place again.

I spent 3 weeks at Carlos' place and felt like home every day of it. He's a very knowledgable, accommodating, helpful and generally a pleasant person. It is always fast and easy to communicate with him. The house, as the whole complex, is well-maintained, safe, spotless and pest free. Furniture inside is new and comfortable. High ceilings and beautiful artwork around the house make the place cozy and warm. There is no shortage of malls, restaurants, cafes or supermarkets within walking distance.

Loved the place, great quiet location tucked in beside great restaurants. Pool/gym was gorgeous as well. Would recommend and stay there again. Host friendly and responsive

Es una casa muy bonita en una ubicación perfecta para estar tranquila, es exactamente como las fotos! Además las camas son super cómodas todo limpio y perfecto, sin duda volvería a alquilarla vale la pena lo recomiendo 100%. Felipe muy atento en todo momento instrucciones claras para llegar a la casa, el hombre de seguridad de la entrada también fue muy amable en todo momento. Recomiendo esta propiedad si buscas un sitio tranquilo para desconectar y pasar un buen momento con tu familia o amigos.

No hay palabras para describir lo increíble que fue quedarnos en este bello apartamento. Es el mejor airbnb en el que hemos estado. Súper limpio, comodo, grande y con una vista que te deja sin aliento. Carlos es el mejor host, se preocupa mucho por uno y se asegura de que te sientas a gusto. El lugar es hermoso y es un area muy tranquila. Uno se siente en paz. Si vas a rentar este lugar, no lo pienses. En mi opinión el mejor area para quedarse en medellin. Tiene todo cerca. Farmacias, supermercados y restaurantes. Gracias por la experiencia Carlos. Definitivamente volvemos ☺️

The view from the balcony of the apartment building was outstanding. If you want that view of Medellin you see on the Internet, this is the perfect place. The neighborhood is perfect I enjoyed taking my morning walks and going to the local stores. The building has a gym, swimming pool and chill room. Clara was really nice we were able to check in early and. Wouldn’t hesitate to book the apartment.
