This was my second stay in this apartment, and was not disappointed. Jeissen maintains a nice place, is always available and willing to assist when needed. the views overlooking the city are spectacular, especially at night when the lights of Bogota sparkle. Remote enough for those quiet moments, but still close enough to to get into the thick of it all in just minutes by taxi. Will continue to use this when available.

Frank is very good person .. he let me book his place for my 2 friend … this apartment is near centro and it’s clean spacious and well equipped apartment … I totally recommend .. check in was easy and communication was fast ,,..

Lorena was a great host. She was always responsive and the apartment was perfect. Loved the view of the ocean and wrap around deck. We were visiting for a wedding so having the Marriot steps away from the apartment building was a huge plus as many people from the wedding were staying there. Although we were not guests at the Marriot we were able to enjoy the breakfast and lunch at an additional cost. Fernandez at the front desk was so sweet and incredibly helpful with arranging taxis as well as providing recommendations in the area and what the appropriate prices were for taxi's. Would definitely stay here again if we get to come back to Santa Marta. Other Notes: -Plaza Zazue is only a 5 min drive and has a supermarket so you can stock the kitchen. -The city center is about a 20min car ride

Yolima was always very attentive to any concerns we had and very kind. I would definitely go back to this place!

This is hands down my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment is right on the water in Bocagrande with huge sliding glass doors that open up to a balcony overlooking the ocean — the views are breathtaking. Even the view from the master bedroom facing the coastline and nearby buildings was beautiful. The building itself is top-tier. The pool downstairs had a great mix of people — not just a party scene, but also families from different countries, which gave it a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Security was on point at every level, which made both me and my guest feel safe and secure. The location is unbeatable — there’s a Bodytech gym and a mall right downstairs, and you’re just minutes away from the historic Old City. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was excellent, Martin was always willing to help and very attentive, the place was spectacular, very organized and private, we loved it.

The place is beautiful, private and safe, the facilities are completely new and everything is very well maintained. The downside is that it is quite far from the tourist area and there are no stores nearby for emergencies, each trip on platforms such as DiDi or inDrive costs around 30,000 COP, just like the deliveries by Rappi

10/10 the place. We really liked everything, the area is very quiet, zero noise, everything is very clean, very well equipped, the kitchen, enough towels, a hairdryer, an iron, the social area is spectacular, just like the photos! … The beach is a step away and it is beautiful, quiet, there are not so many people. And very few street vendors, nothing bothers you! Very few things to improve; the TV in room 2 loses the signal and the internet goes out easily and constantly, the air conditioning in that room sometimes sounded very loud, the hot water was intermittent (I was with a baby and it was necessary) and we didn't bring body soap, thinking that they had some like in every hotel with the little squares hehe. Thank you for everything, the communication was very good and they were always ready to help you with everything!!!! I'd go back a thousand times 🤍

After paradise, you arrive at this wonderful place and host. If you want to miss it, that's your decision. I will return as many times as necessary. EVERYTHING IS SPECTACULAR!

Beautiful and modern flat in an excellent location. Views over the beach are amazing. The rooftop pool and gym are incredible. Good communication from the team.
