Very well maintained, well-equipped holiday home - wonderfully suitable for a small wellness vacation!

Chris & Christin are super friendly and quick to respond. The place had everything we expected. Sauna and hot tub are fired with wood. This has the advantage that the heat is quickly available and you can get started quickly. In addition, there were plenty of suitable dry wood for firing. After the first small shock that the very large luxury house does not have WIFI, we enjoyed the peace and togetherness;)

We were with another couple and their little son in this AirBnB and due to the clever distribution of living space and the generous space, we didn't get in each other's way at all when everyone needed some rest. The house really has everything you need for a successful vacation, and the kitchen is really incredibly well thought out - from children's dishes to casserole dish, everything is there. We all enjoyed the stay very much & would always love to come back! :)

The house is very quiet and very bright and also warm in the spring and autumn months. The furnishings are comfortable and functional. You can take beautiful hikes to explore the area and have a great view of Hiddensee. Our dog had fun too.

We had a lovely weekend, I think in the summer with children it is particularly beautiful.

We stayed at Tina's place for several days over New Year's Eve in a group of 10 people. We found everything very clean and tidy and the house is very well furnished. Since there are 5 bedrooms and the associated bathrooms on the upper floor of the house, each couple had their "own empire" and a retreat. On the ground floor, we mainly stayed in the spacious rooms dining room and living room. The kitchen offers plenty of space and enough kitchen appliances to conjure up some more elaborate dish for several people. Sauna and hot tub also worked well. Upon arrival, you should think about bringing towels and bed linen, or use Tina's paid service. Check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. We would book the place again in the group and can recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few quiet days in the countryside.

Weekend in Lübeck with three children...for that, it was a great place to stay. Very cozy and lovingly furnished, conveniently located (main station and old town within walking distance), everything you need for a short trip. Communication with Chris was straightforward and prompt. Highly recommended if you don't feel like a hotel.

As a family with children and grandchildren, we were looking for an apartment with enough bedrooms, bathrooms and enough retreats in a beautiful environment. We found what we were looking for via the AirBnB portal and immediately got in touch with Denise + Thorben. The booking process is absolutely serious and practical, all necessary information is transmitted easily. The "Villa Thormarcon" in Lenz, not far from Lake Plauer, is located in a vacation home park and is fantastically located on the edge of the forest. The spacious property is very well maintained and sauna + hot tub make the amenities perfect. In the house there is a lot of space, a large and well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook together, the extra large table with the comfortable chairs is fun for many joint activities. A beautiful, very lovingly decorated house. We were there for a team retreat and felt very comfortable. Everything very clean and especially the kitchen is an eye-catcher. Since we were there in March, we did not use the huge outdoor area. A picture-perfect property. Recommended without restrictions.

The house invites you to feel good, we had a real “home” feeling. Happily again! Beautiful bedrooms, large windows, great bathroom, large garden, clean, modern, well-equipped kitchen. In fact, I only missed a knife block, otherwise great & as described. The reception was very friendly. The gardens are open, which is especially nice when families with children are present. The kids were able to play wonderfully together. By bike, fantastic places are easy to reach, beaches and attractions nearby. ...and so much more... Marius Airbnb has given us wonderful days. The host himself was always available and made a great effort for us. The house is great, especially for many people, for example, sufficient dishes and cutlery, enough rooms, all rooms beautifully furnished - some with kitchen. Sauna, hot tub, pool table... everything your heart desires! The area is wonderfully quiet, by car you can reach Szczecin or the lagoon very quickly. Conclusion: we'd love to come back!

We felt super comfortable in the Villa. Everything was very clean, just as described and really well equipped. Also in the kitchen there was really everything one could need. The location was great too. Seebrücke and Südstrand were within walking distance

we really more than enjoyed a 2 night stay at this property. we wanted a break and for this this house is perfect. a great terrace, right on the lake. and the hot tub, just amazing. and totally private, in absolute peace. we will come back again.

We will definitely be back! The place is an absolute dream – great for relaxing and perfect for families. Especially convenient are the child protection gates on every staircase, which were even very helpful for our dogs. The beach is within walking distance, and the dog beach is also not far away. We didn't miss anything at Villa Emma. The sauna and fireplace were our highlights! After a long walk on the beach, we were able to relax wonderfully in the sauna. Also the hot tub was a dream 🥰 The sun protection was a great idea and very helpful for us, as fortunately we were allowed to enjoy sunshine every day. If you sleep with open windows, you should expect morning street noise – but that didn't bother us. My family, including my 87-year-old grandma, enjoyed it so much that we really want to come back next year. The communication with the Schmidt&Steinbrink family was👌?
