A super nice, clean, modern, lovingly decorated and special address. We were only there for a short time - but we will be back again very soon. Here is a place for rest and relax in an insanely extravagant, cozy location. The most exciting is the window in the floor - in the night the fish and crabs to watch is more exciting than television, the sunset on the upper deck and the wind-protected lower terrace invite you - actually we never wanted to go home. 😊

Great houseboat experience☺️

Wonderful place to take a little break! The boat bosses is very cozy and quite spacious for a boat. We were particularly enthusiastic about the roof terrace, which we used extensively despite cooler temperatures (thanks to the beach chair). If you don't have a car, it's a bit tedious to get to some places on the island. However, there is the possibility to borrow bikes in Burg (about 30 min walk), with which you can easily reach all places.

My family and I had such a great time on the houseboat!! We felt very comfortable right from the start and will definitely come back… It is definitely a very special experience!!!!!!

The Antje Frieda was a great home for us during the Easter holidays - sparkling clean, check-in by the commissioned company friendly and on point, everything just wonderful. Communication with Oliver was great - responses within minutes and very helpful. Unrestricted recommendation!

The houseboat is ideally located: if you want (and do not pull the blinds closed), you will be woken up by the sun, from the living room and the terraces you can look at the Bodden (spectacular sunsets included). To the harbor and downtown Ribnitz-Dammgarten are within walking distance along the waterfront. The partly harsh criticism of the Boddentherme, which may be only a few meters away, we still spent a nice afternoon there. The houseboat is aesthetically pleasing and furnished to a high standard; we have never seen better or more complete amenities in any apartment. The welcome and instruction was extraordinarily friendly, all later questions were answered promptly. Very pleasant, very exceptional!

We had a wonderful stay in Großenbrode. The boat is just great, especially in bad weather a real experience. You can sit nicely cuddled in front of the fireplace and enjoy the view of the whistling lake. Wonderful! Also the arrival and care on site is very good and super friendly. We will return. Thank you!

My daughter and I had a fantastic vacation. We were warmly welcomed and kindly supported with questions at any time. The neighborhood and the view directly on the water were even more beautiful than in the photos, so you didn't have to do much to still have the full holiday feeling. Hopefully again soon... thank you!

we had an incredibly nice vacation on the Souly. Exclusive boathouse, everything new, super clean and well planned from the smallest detail. It offers more space than to guess in the pictures. The large deck terrace invites you to spend great time there at any time of the day. Especially in the evening, you can easily sunsets with a great harbor and sailing backdrop. the hosts are very personable, well organized and always courteous. We will be happy to come back next year, but then we will be happy to come back longer than a week. We sincerely love for the great holiday at your place.

We had very nice, relaxing days on this great houseboat. It is modernly furnished, absolutely functional and quietly located. The lake is beautiful, the area is quiet and green. Perfect for relaxing, fishing and boating. The highlight is the motorboat. You can also quickly get to town on foot. Small criticisms are only the somewhat disorganized check-in and out - in our case the nearby marina was no longer responsible, but someone from a slightly more distant boat rental, who was also helpful and friendly. In addition, cleanliness needs to be improved (e.g. on the roof terrace, motorboat, refrigerator). All in all, however, still super nice and definitely recommended.

We liked the accommodation very much. Landlord was very kind. Great view. Sunrise and sunset were fantastic.

The houseboat is located in a beautiful small marina and brings with it a few nice little amenities, such as a restaurant similar to a Berlin beer garden with beer, wine, burgers and cocktails, a bread roll service, and water sports rental and a washing machine in a communal house. The beach with large parking is about 7 min by car. We liked the sunrises and sunsets on the terrace. Highly recommend.

We were looking for 3 days of peace and privacy, booked this houseboat and were consistently positively surprised. The view of the Trave and the natural spectacles around it are magnificent, with coffee in the morning sun on the terrace.. We found a warm welcome. I appreciate it. We'll be happy to come back.

Super nice houseboat in a scenic area. The equipment is great and the boat is well maintained. Everything you need on board. The host was super friendly, easily accessible and provided us with all the information we needed. The handover and briefing was very quick and uncomplicated. I would recommend this offer to anyone without reservation. Only the monetary conditions would have been more transparent in the description. (you have to pay €1,000 deposit before the start of the trip). That's what I pointed out to the host and he wanted to fix the description.

We enjoyed the houseboat very much! It was clean and very fashionably furnished. We felt right at home! However, it was not that easy to find as there were no numbers. For 4 people, it's just okay, from the square if you only stay there for a long weekend. Anything about it would be too small. There is not much storage space and little hooks to hang things. Nevertheless, we would like to go there again, but in the summer, because the roof terrace is really very cool.

Super houseboat that we have enjoyed. Unfortunately, it was too windy to use the attached motorboat. The houseboat and the place are really recommended.

We loved the quiet location of the boat. There were also many opportunities for activities for us non anglers! Christian was very kindly concerned that everything works to our satisfaction! We have had a great rest and can only recommend the boat!

Living in the floating cottage was a special experience. The location is great, as everything is within walking distance. Due to the proximity of the other boats, it was not always quiet but it did not bother us. The cottage is totally new and tastefully decorated, nothing is missing. If we hadn't been football EM, we wouldn't have complained about the unstable internet TV either. Who needs TV when you can watch jellyfish, gulls and ducks from the covered outdoor seating area? Nice war, always happy to come back!

Beautiful houseboat in a priceless location. If you are looking for peace, you will find it there. We (2 adults, 2 children) enjoyed the stay very much, went out several times a day with the SUP. There are a lot of animals/birds to watch. But you should be aware that on a boat everything is a little smaller, it is not a hotel. The shower is a normal size and has good water pressure. At the time of our trip, the temperatures were around 20-26 degrees, which was just right. When it's really hot, I could imagine that sleeping might not be so pleasant anymore. You have to walk a few steps to the houseboat itself, but the parking lot is not too far away. Thanks Lucas for making this special gem accessible to other people.
