Incl. 2x wellness vouchers at the Steigenberger Grandhotel (November - April, Mon - Thu, 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm, only 2 minutes away). This accommodation does not have its own private pool and sauna, but these can be used free of charge by the wellness vouchers in the neighboring Steigenberger for you seasonally.

The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Optional breakfast price €10 per person. Lunch and evening meals €12. Just 300 metres from the holiday home, the beach of the seaside resort of Lubmin offers wonderful relaxation away from the mass tourism. Here your children can play and bathe in the shallow water.

Our vacation home (built around 1900, renovated in 2013) contains 2 apartments. We rent the apartment on the second floor as a spacious apartment with a total of 8 sleeping places. The lower apartment is used by us on weekends or during vacations. Our apartment is individually and tastefully furnished in the Scandinavian style and fully equipped. Our house is particularly suitable for families with children who want to vacation near the Baltic Sea.

The vacation home with two separate apartments of different sizes is located on a 1000 m² large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park." The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km).
