Vacation rentals with beach access in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

I spent a few days on Fehmarn with my son. Upon arrival we had a small mosquito problem in the apartment...Maria was immediately available, removed all mosquitoes, installed a fly screen and left something sweet as compensation! That's what I call a service! She was also available anytime I had questions. The apartment is small but nice! Everything was available and it was clean! It is very comfortably furnished! From the outside, the apartment blocks don't look really appealing. But it's beautiful inside! The location to the south beach is unbeatable! 2 min around the corner! We lacked nothing and we would be happy to come back!

It was very nice in the apartment. My daughter and I felt very comfortable. Christine was very nice and also picked us up well in advance, so I knew exactly. The apartment is small and cozy. Right around the corner, it is within walking distance to the beach. Thanks again for having us. All the best to you 💝

Great, modern apartment, as seen in the photos. Great amenities, very good and quiet location. Covered bike parking. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment was really very nice and stylish as well as perfectly equipped. The beach was quick and within walking distance. The neighborhood is pleasantly quiet and therefore perfect for a few days off. We immediately felt very comfortable and would come back any time.

The apartment is centrally located, just one street from the beach and promenade with shops and restaurants. Nevertheless, it is very quiet there with a sunny balcony overlooking the countryside. You will find everything you need in the apartment. There is also an elevator so you don't have to carry the suitcases up. Unfortunately, the parking in front of the house for our car was very narrow.

Larissa's place was excellent. Totally clean, nicely decorated and a great location. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this accommodation.

We really had a great time in Friederike's beautiful apartment. The sea view is unique, the apartment is beautifully furnished and the bus stop is right at your doorstep. I recommend it in any case :)

We were in Silvia's apartment with 2 adults and 2 children. The contact with Silvia in advance was great, she again provided very good information for check-in. The apartment was clean, very lovingly decorated and very well equipped. There was nothing we missed. The kids liked using the pool, the sauna area was very clean and (when I used it) it was also not very crowded. A bio sauna and Finnish sauna can be used here. I didn't find the apartment to be very loud, either. Very rarely have people been heard in the hallway. The location is great - really just a few meters from the sea. The baker is right outside the door, the underground parking is definitely super useful and for us again an absolute goodie: a beach chair. Mega practical. So, we'll be happy to come back. Silvia was super accessible in between when there was a question about the key. We felt very comfortable.

A great house in a great location, just 10 minutes by foot to the sea. We had a wonderful time. Ulrike is a very friendly host and responded to all my questions in advance. Thank you for that!

We spent a long weekend in the apartment and felt very comfortable. I recommend trips to Wismar and Boltenhagen. The contact with the hosts was very nice.

The house is very nice, very extensively equipped and stylishly furnished. The communication before and during the stay worked well. From the location and immediate surroundings, nature is beautiful & the path to the beach is short, which is great, very unfortunate and negative, but I found the direct location on the village main road without a fence, which is not so suitable for holidays with a dog. With the beds, the mattresses were quite soft, but that's a matter of taste. Sauna in the garden great! There were also very nice people who take care of the garden and everything, the communication was always very warm and pleasant.

Beautifully quiet and idyllically located house and as in the description - the sea is within walking distance and the garden is huge. An ideal place for quiet days, especially for families. We were here with a 5-year-old and would be happy to come back.

Very nice and modern place to stay. This cottage has everything a vacation home needs to feel comfortable.

The place was so great. We, 6 adults, were very pleased with the 3 bedrooms. Two bathrooms and the sauna were very convenient, we were able to enjoy the time very much. Kitchen/dining and living room cozy with the terrace (grill). We had a few windy days, great beach walks. The proximity to the sea is great. Just two houses down is a great restaurant with delicious fish dishes. Communication with Romy and André was quick, friendly and straightforward. Thank you very much

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable as a family. The only drawback: We arrived in the afternoon in winter and only turned on the underfloor heating ourselves. It took almost a day for it to heat the apartment pleasantly. Here it would have been nice if the heating had already been turned on in the morning on the day of arrival.

We highly recommend the cottage. The place is very nicely decorated and we felt right at home. The apartment is quite the same as the photos. The kitchen was super equipped - we didn't miss anything at all. The sauna is a bit small, more for one person than for two, but that did not bother us. Since we arrived with a baby, we would have liked a baby bed and a high chair in the accommodation. Overall we had a really nice few days :)

We had a wonderful week in Grömitz! Bettina's apartment was perfect for us as a family with a baby and toddler, the location is fantastic, we were right on the promenade and in general the area invites for many, family-friendly getaways. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has a small, functional kitchen that offers everything you need. Also the 2 separated bedrooms were worth gold for us. Communication with Bettina was very warm, straightforward and very reliable from the beginning, no question remained unanswered. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

Great location with sun, calm and inland waters on the terrace side and the sea on the other side of the street. We enjoyed the sun on the terrace very much. Delicious wine and good advice right outside the door in the wine bar. Very tastefully furnished, cozy apartment. For our taste, the bed was a little bit hard, but we also sleep very soft. The walls to the adjoining apartments are thin (bring earplugs). We liked it all around – we had a nice vacation weekend :) . Tip for the surrounding area: Bring or rent bicycles

The apartment was as described and very well equipped. We felt very comfortable. The location is great and the beach is a very quick walk away! The contact with Klaus was very friendly and easy. The only thing that was a bit silly for us as a family with two children was that it is very bright. Otherwise, everything was great!

Beautiful stay with sea views We had a very nice time in the apartment on the Baltic Sea. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the sea view simply fantastic – waking up every morning overlooking the water was very special. Everything was very pleasant and we felt completely comfortable. Also the host was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Ute and Günter:) We would come back anytime!

Beautiful and accessible. Private parking spot in a very walkable neighborhood. Park and beach across the street!

The accommodation was very good so far, only the heating was off at 10 pm. To get the apartment warm, you had to continue heating with a wood-burning stove. Despite letting the caretaker know several times, nothing has changed in the situation. Too bad actually, otherwise it would have been a perfect vacation.

There were three of us (1 adult - 2 children) in the really nice and cozy apartment of Nina and Maik. It is lovingly decorated, everything is available and the bed is super comfortable!! Three of us slept well there. Everything is within walking distance and we will definitely come back. It's worth it =)
