Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mecklenburg County

We were in Charlotte for a quick trip. Hunter was very responsive and proactive in his communication with us before and during our stay. The house was just as described. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the backyard! Hunter’s place was perfect for what we needed.

Would absolutely stay again. Felt very private. Near many restaurants and grocery stores.

Great house and stay! We loved the main floor bedroom for my senior family members. The entire house was really well stocked in terms of kitchen, bathrooms and games. The back yard was private and sooo peaceful. it was great spending time out there. Convenient to downtown and food. A grocery store and fitness gym are all very close. Paula was a great host. She was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The neighborhood was okay. There were lots of cars in driveways and on the street. There were some late night/early a.m. noise disturbances like music and people in nearby homes. If you are sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask. It does the trick! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Our family had a great stay here! Plenty of room, quiet area, and close to bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Was a very welcoming home. Great atmosphere! All the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. I will say for 5 people there wasn’t enough towels for everyone. All furnishings are really nice. Comfy couch and enough seats for all of us to relax together and watch tv. The fire pit was wonderful at night with a great view. Was in a wonderful location to downtown Charlotte. Went to the Bank of America Stadium and was like 15 minutes away. There are kayaks but we didn’t use them. We were hoping to fish from the dock or the bank. We had brought all of our fishing stuff to fish. So, I will say if you do want to fish you would need to use them. The dock isn’t there. It’s across the water channel on a sand bar island hence you need to use the kayaks to fish open water. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. If we come back to this area. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable. The backyard was nice for our dog and we enjoyed a few restaurants in the area near campus. No problem using ride shares to downtown. We would stay here again.

Cute house in an older part of town, completely remodeled inside, with cite lighting and well equipped kitchen/bathrooms. A cute fenced yard for our pups. we really enjoyed our stay, wish it could've been longer. Thank you!

Matthy’s place was the perfect place to crash after a couple long days spent at a golf tournament. Very quiet and private with plenty of space. Plenty of good restaurants and breweries with a short drive!

Very private and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. Pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment with nice work desk area. Recommend getting a rental car to get around but, it’s relatively close to downtown Charlotte and shopping malls.

I want to thank Mike for an easy booking and check in. The place was so nice and so relaxing i really enjoyed the deck! It is so nice overall I would love to come back and visit again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is so cute and had nice touches like lavender scented body wash, water bottles in the fridge and on each night stand, and toilet paper with a cute fold and stamped indent on the end! We were a little worried when we first arrived, because the upstairs smelled of marijuana (nothing strong, but present). We reached out to the host, and she was quick to respond! Through dialogue with her, we realize the smell was coming from another apartment. She did offer to have the cleaners come back to try to fix the smell, but we said that wasn’t necessary; the apartment was very clean! There is a great restaurant down the street called Platform! We ate there every morning, and every dish we tried was great! We would stay here again!

This was our first time in Charlotte and we would definitely come back to Brooke and Ryan’s. Such a nice experience

The four bedroom apartment came in really handy for our work trip. It was a very nice place with a great little balcony. The location is the best part of it. I was able to walk to the grocery store and a CVS and they were at least 10 restaurants Within a quarter mile. That was great and left us with plenty of choices. The cowbell whiskey bar was amazing. The food was so good. The apartment was very nice and secure and parking was really easy. It had everything we needed. If you do plan on cooking while you’re there just note that there’s nothing there besides salt and pepper and coffee. I always look at that when I stay somewhere for a few days because we like to eat breakfast in and go out to dinner. So we went to the grocery store as soon as we arrived. They may check in and check out super easy. I would definitely stay here again next trip. I was able to even walk to the convention center for our expo.

This home is conveniently located near all the essentials in downtown Charlotte. The space is thoughtfully designed, incredibly comfortable, and well worth the visit. Set in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, I’d return in a heartbeat! The hosts were warm and easy to talk to, and our stay was truly lovely for our party of two plus one dog.

Loved the yard with froggies and running water. Great neighborhood with beautiful neighborhood. We would recommend and visit again.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Great place for seeing a show at the Evening Muse with my wife, only about a block away. Right in the heart of NoDa. Several great places to dine and late night activities just a block or two away. Overall Katie's space was very clean, the bed was comfy and the unit was so industrial, maybe a bit? No complaints there! We loved it and only wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time that I have stayed here. It is in a very walkable area with restaurants, drugstore and market nearby. The place is always clean and in a safe area. Love that there is always coffee in the kitchen!

We had a great time at this quiet peaceful spot! It was very clean and spacious. A group of us stayed here for a wedding in Mooresville and it was a short uber distance away. Walkable to some nice restaurants. The host was very responsive and kind. Would recommend this spot to stay!

Like other reviews, the bed is very comfortable. Shower was also great! Great location. Felt safe. Easy walk to uptown area for restaurants and places to grab a drink. Scooters are everywhere (Bird and Lime), and easy/fun ride to NoDa, Optimist Hall, etc.
